			2.	Material: Mild Steel Strip to ASTM A 366.
			3.	Finish: Spun Galvanized to ASTM A 153.
	** NOTE TO SPECIFIER ** The FloorFix is a fastening device designed to secure raised patter floor plates to existing steel without the need for drilling or welding of the existing structure. Delete if not required.
	2.4	FLOOR PLATE CLIP
		A.	Acceptable Product: The Floorfix as manufactured by Kee Safety, Inc..
	** NOTE TO SPECIFIER ** The Floorfix will suit plate thickness from 1/8 inch (3 mm) to 1/2 inch (12 mm) and steel flange thickness to 5/8 inch (16 mm). Delete size not required.
			1.	Size:
				a.	1/8 inch (3 mm) minimum floor plate: FLOORFIXM08.
				b.	3/16 inch (5 mm) minimum floor plate: FLOORFIXM10.

	2.5	EXPANSION BOLT
		A.	Acceptable Product: The BoxBolt as manufactured by Kee Safety, Inc..
	** NOTE TO SPECIFIER ** The BoxBolt sizes accommodate clamping thicknesses from 1/8 inch (3 mm) to 4 inches (102 mm). Sizes to accommodate other bolting dimensions are available on a custom order basis.
			1.	Size: As required. Do not exceed Safe Working Load and minimum bolt and edge spacing. Refer to drawings for connection with primary force in shear for bolt size and pattern.
	** NOTE TO SPECIFIER ** Delete steel material/finish not required.
			2.	Material/Finish:
				a.	Body / Shoulder & Wedge manufactured from mild steel to BS 311 Type 9/0 or 9/1.
				b.	Core Bolt manufactured from high tensile steel to BS 3682 or Din 933.
				c.	Finish: Bright Zinc Plate or Hot Did Galvanize.
	** NOTE TO SPECIFIER ** Delete stainless material/finish not required.
			3.	Material/Finish:
				a.	Body / Shoulder & Wedge manufactured from stainless steel, Grade A4 to Din ISO 3506, property class 80.
				b.	Core Bolt manufactured from stainless steel to Din 933.

	PART 3	EXECUTION
	3.1	EXAMINATION
		A.	Do not begin installation until materials to be fastened have been properly prepared.
		B.	If material preparation is the responsibility of another installer, notify Architect of unsatisfactory conditions before proceeding.
		C.	Verify that components are of the correct quantity, types, finishes, and sizes specified for Work of this Section.
	3.2	INSTALLATION
		A.	Install in accordance with manufacturers instructions.
		B.	Ensure manufacturers recommended torque value is adhered to for fastening devices.
