	1.4	SUBMITTALS

	1.5	QUALITY ASSURANCE
		A.	Manufacturer Qualifications: All primary products specified in this section will be supplied by a single manufacturer with a minimum of ten (10) years experience.
		B.	Installer Qualifications: All products listed in this section are to be installed by a single installer with a minimum of five (5) years demonstrated experience in installing products of the same type and scope as specified.
		C.	Coordination: Coordinate Work specified in this section with adjacent and adjoining work to ensure best possible weather resistance and durability of completed flashing.
	1.6	DELIVERY, STORAGE, AND HANDLING
		A.	Deliver materials to project site in manufacturer's sealed containers and packaging, bearing manufacturer's name and product identification.
		B.	Protect materials from weather before installation.
		C.	Store viscous materials in sealed containers under cover.

	2.1	MANUFACTURERS

	2.2	SCOPE
		A.	Provide an air barrier assembly that has been tested in accordance with Air Barrier Association of America's (AABA's) approved testing protocol to provide air leakage results not to exceed 0.2 L/s/sq.m. at 75 Pa (0.04 cfm/sq ft @ 1.57 psf).
	2.3	MATERIALS
		A.	Sandell's Air-Tight Liquid: Spray on or fluid applied latex emulsion waterproofing membrane for exterior applications over concrete masonry units, cast-in-place concrete, gypsum, wood or metal.
			1.	Thickness: 0.047 inches (1.2mm).
			2.	Tensile Strength: 41.3 psi.
			3.	Elongation: 807.38 percent.
			4.	Solids Content: 65.62 percent.
			5.	Volatile Organic Compound (VOC) Levels: 0.52 percent.
			6.	Hydrostatic Resistance: 2.0 psig (14kPa) when tested in accordance with ASTM C 1306 over a 1/16 inch (1.6mm) wide crack.
			7.	Permeance (Perm) Rating: 0.134 when tested in accordance with ASTM E 96.
			8.	Water Absorption: 4.63 percent when tested in accordance with ASTM D 570.
			9.	Nail Sealability: No leaks when tested in accordance with ASTM D 1970.
			10.	Extensibility After Heat Aging: 1/4 inch (6mm), No Cracks.

	3.1	EXAMINATION
		A.	Do not begin installation until substrates have been properly prepared.
		B.	If substrate preparation is the responsibility of another installer, notify Architect of unsatisfactory preparation before proceeding.
	3.2	PREPARATION
		A.	Clean surfaces thoroughly prior to installation.
		B.	Prepare surfaces using the methods recommended by the manufacturer for achieving the best result for the substrate under the project conditions.
	3.3	INSTALLATION
		A.	Install in accordance with manufacturer's instructions.
	3.4	PROTECTION
		A.	Protect installed products until completion of project.
		B.	Touch-up, repair or replace damaged products before Substantial Completion.
