| | 3.1 | EXAMINATION |
| |
| | | A. | Examine roof edge and fascia for conditions detrimental to the proper completion of the work. Do not proceed with work until unsatisfactory conditions are corrected. Commencement of work will be construed as acceptance of substrates and conditions. |
| |
| | | B. | If substrate preparation is the responsibility of another installer, notify Architect of unsatisfactory preparation before proceeding. |
| |
| | 3.2 | PREPARATION |
| |
| | | A. | Clean surfaces prior to installation. |
| |
| | 3.3 | INSTALLATION |
| |
| | | A. | Install in accordance with manufacturer's instructions except where more restrictive requirements are specified in this Section. |

| | | B. | Surfaces must be dry and clean. |
| |
| | | C. | For accessories provided with self- adhesive, outside temperature shall be above 55 F (13 C). A heat gun may be used to achieve required temperatures when installing Doorbrella or Roof Valley Rain Diverter. |
