          1.5QUALITY ASSURANCE
 
          A.Manufacturer:
          1.Company specializing in manufacturing and installation of components specified in this Section with minimum of 5 years documented experience.
 
          B.Installer Qualifications:
          1.Use materials and perform Work conforming to the applicable building codes and requirements of local Authorities Having Jurisdiction.
          2.Single Source Responsibility: Obtain assemblies from one source from a single manufacturer.
 
          C.Product Requirements:
          1.Fire-Resistance Ratings: Where fire-resistance classification is indicated, provide fire rated units listed by Underwriters Laboratories, Inc., Factory Mutual Research Corporation (FMRC), or both.

The following is one example of how a mock-up on a large project might be specified. When deciding on the extent of the mock-up, consider all the major different types of work on the project.

          B.Exercise proper care in handling of Work so as not to damage finished surfaces. Protect Work from damage after it is in place.
 
          C.Store materials under cover in a dry and clean location off the ground. Remove materials that are damaged or otherwise not suitable for installation from Project site and replace with acceptable materials at no additional cost to Owner.
 
          D.Store and dispose of solvent-based materials, and materials used with solvent-based materials, in accordance with requirements of local authorities having jurisdiction.
 
          1.7PROJECT CONDITIONS
 
          A.Maintain environmental conditions (temperature, humidity, and ventilation) within limits recommended by manufacturer for optimum results. Do not install products under environmental conditions outside manufacturer's absolute limits.
 
          1.8WARRANTY
 
          A.Provide manufacturer's standard written warranty.
 
          B.Warrant materials and workmanship against defects after completion and final acceptance of Work.
          1.Repair defects, or replace with new materials, faulty materials or workmanship developed during guarantee period at no expense to Owner.
