Wayne-Dalton manufactures a full line of sectional overhead doors, including insulated steel panel doors, uninsulated steel panel doors, glazed aluminum doors, and wood panel doors. Most are available with vision panels or windows.

          2.2SECTIONAL OVERHEAD DOORS
          ** NOTE TO SPECIFIER ** Select door required from the four types listed below and delete those not required. If more than one type is required, edit the text to indicate which type is to be used where, or add designations that can be indicated on the drawings.
 
          A.Insulated Sectional Overhead Doors: Insulated steel tongue-and-groove jointed panels with roll-formed internal struts with polypropylene rib caps to provide thermal break; end caps to provide tight seal at jambs; and hardware plates at all fastener points.
          1.Complying with ANSI/DASMA 102 requirements for commercial doors.
          2.Wind Load Performance: Withstanding 15.2 psf (728 Pa) external pressure and 12 psf (575 Pa) internal pressure when tested in accordance with ASTM E 330.
          3.Insulation: Foamed-in-place high density polyurethane core with flamespread of 10 and smoke density of 210 when measured in accordance with ASTM E 84.
          4.Finish: Baked-on polyester primer and finish coat.

Model C-24 has 24 gage face sheet, Model C-20 has a 20-gage face sheet, and both are constructed with 2 inch thick by 3 inch wide box stiles and advanced technology adhesive, instead of spot welds or rivets.

          1.Material: 16 gage, 0.06 inch (1.52 mm), galvanized steel sheet, ASTM A 653/A 653M, Z120 hot-dipped zinc-aluminum coating.
          ** NOTE TO SPECIFIER ** Delete one of the following two paragraphs. 3 inch tracks are not available for Thermospan TS 125.

          B.Hardware:
