          Established in 1982, Custom Quality Products, Inc. (CQP) specializes in Flexible, ABS, Wood Core, Aluminum Frame and Stainless Steel Double Acting Traffic Doors, as well as a variety of other fine products.
Over the years we have been a major supplier of doors to the food processing industry. We have now expanded our product lines to include doors for commerce, industry, and retail applications. Custom Quality Products, Inc. is the manufacturer of choice for many supermarket chains across the country.
Because we are able to research and develop doors in house, we are capable of working with our customers to design the door that is right for each specific application.
The product lines of Custom Quality Products, Inc. includes PVC Strip Doors, Flexible Curtain Walls, and Dock Seals. All CQP products are built for ease of installation, low maintenance, and with easy cleaning in mind.

          1.4QUALITY ASSURANCE
          ** NOTE TO SPECIFIER ** Include a mock-up if the project size and/or quality warrant taking such a precaution. The following is one example of how a mock-up on a large project might be specified. When deciding on the extent of the mock-up, consider all the major different types of work on the project.
 
          A.Mock-Up: Provide a mock-up for evaluation of surface preparation techniques and application workmanship.

          1.5DELIVERY, STORAGE, AND HANDLING
 
          A.Store products in manufacturer's unopened packaging until ready for installation.
 
          B.Storage and protection: Store materials under cover, 4 inches (102 mm) off floor, minimum, raised platforms, in vertical position with minimum 1/4 inch (6 mm) space between doors. Avoid use of non vented plastic or canvas shelters creating humidity chambers. Immediately remove wet wrappers.
 
          C.Store and dispose of solvent-based materials, and materials used with solvent-based materials, in accordance with requirements of local authorities having jurisdiction.
 
          1.6PROJECT CONDITIONS
 
          A.Maintain environmental conditions (temperature, humidity, and ventilation) within limits recommended by manufacturer for optimum results. Do not install products under environmental conditions outside manufacturer's absolute limits.
 
          1.7WARRANTY
 
          A.Manufacturer warrants the doors and all related parts to be free from defects in workmanship and material under normal use for 365 days from date of installation or 395 days from date of shipment whichever shall occur first.
