PART 3 - EXECUTION
 
3.1
GENERAL
A.
Install windows in accordance with manufacturer's installation guidelines and recommendations. All windows have P.E. certified anchor details and requirements.
3.2
EXAMINATION
A.
Inspect window prior to installation.
B.
Inspect rough opening for compliance with window manufacturer recommendations. Verify rough opening conditions are within recommended tolerances.
3.3
PREPARATION
A.
Prepare windows for installation in accordance with manufacturer's recommendations.
3.4
INSTALLATION
A.
Install products in accordance with manufacturer's instructions, approved submittals, and in proper relationship to adjacent construction.
1.
Insert units into rough opening.
2.
Shim side jambs straight.
3.
Inspect unit for square, level and plumb.
4.
Fasten unit through jamb, shim and into rough opening jamb.
5.
Test and adjust for smooth operation of unit.
6.
Ensure weep holes are clear of debris for proper drainage.

CLEANING

Clean the exterior surface and glass with mild soap and water.
