          4.Operation and Maintenance Manual.
 
          C.Shop Drawings: Submit manufacturer's shop drawings, including plans, elevations, sections and details, indicating dimensions, tolerances, materials, fabrication, glazing, fasteners, hardware, finish, electrical diagrams, options and accessories.
 
          D.Certifications: Submit documentation attesting to or affirming results of the physical properties specified in this section.
 
          1.4QUALITY ASSURANCE
 
          A.Manufacturer Qualifications: Manufacturer shall have 25 years experience manufacturing and fabricating windows of similar type and scope as those specified in this section.
 
          B.Installer Qualifications: Installer shall have five years experience installing windows of similar type and scope as those specified in this section.
          ** NOTE TO SPECIFIER ** Include a mock-up if the project size and/or quality warrant taking such a precaution. The following is one example of how a mock-up on a large project might be specified. When deciding on the extent of the mock-up, consider all the major different types of work on the project.
 
          C.Mock-Up: Provide a mock-up for evaluation of surface preparation techniques and application workmanship.
          1.Finish areas designated by Architect.
          2.Do not proceed with remaining work until workmanship, color, and sheen are approved by Architect.
          3.Refinish mock-up area as required to produce acceptable work.
 
          1.5DELIVERY, STORAGE, AND HANDLING
 
          A.Deliver materials to site in manufacturer's original unopened shipping containers and packaging, labeled to clearly identify product name and manufacturer.
 
          B.Store materials in a clean dry area, indoor until ready for installation.
 
          1.6PROJECT CONDITIONS
 
          A.Maintain environmental conditions (temperature, humidity, and ventilation) within limits recommended by manufacturer for optimum results. Do not install products under environmental conditions outside manufacturer's absolute limits.
 
          1.7WARRANTY
 
          A.At project close-out, provide to the Owner a copy of the manufacturer's standard Limited Material Warranty document. Pass-Thru windows shall be warranted as follows:
          1.One year limited warranty against defects in material and workmanship related to electronics and automatic window automation.
          2.One year warranty against glazing seal failure, glazing delamination and defects in glazing manufacturing.
          3.Five year limited warranty against defects in material and workmanship related to the framing and mechanical components of the window
          4.Five year limited warranty against defects in the anodized aluminum finish.

          5.Three year limited warranty from paint manufacturer for color and film integrity.
