          ** NOTE TO SPECIFIER ** Carron Baseball Nets are made to order and are used at all levels of play whether you are dealing with a school playground, minor league park or major league stadium. Generally, #36 nylon is used for College/Pro level backstop netting and #21 is available for High School/Little League level of play. #420 nylon is recommended for use along foul lines, above outfield fencing and in other areas that will not experience regular direct impact. Rope (5/16 poly) is the standard binding but 1-1/2 inch (38 mm) finished vinyl is also available with grommets on 12 inch (305 mm) centers. Delete product not required.

          ** NOTE TO SPECIFIER ** Batting Cage Nets Carron standard batting cages are offered in a standard duty #21 knotted nylon or heavy weight #36 knotted nylon materials. Each net features one piece construction with 1-3/4 inches (44 mm) square mesh netting. The square mesh pattern has been proven superior to "diamond" pattern netting. For maximum strength, all top, bottom and side edges are bound with tape. For outstanding durability and longer life, all our batting cage netting is treated Black with Flexabar. Flexabar is a treatment that adds superior permanent weather resistance and will not rub off on floors, balls or equipment. The Black color provides an excellent hitting background. Multi-Sport Combination cages are also available. Frames, Clamp and Pulley kits and Steel Cable and Hardware kits to install the cages are also available (See also paragraph on frames).           B.Baseball Batting Cage Nets: Batting cage nets shall be made with the three dimensional shapes of a top and four side walls. The upper part shall be made of smooth hanging White mesh to allow light to pass through and air to circulate. The lower portion shall be of opaque vinyl, color to be determined by architect. Curtains to be 4 inch (101 mm) finished width vinyl bound on all edges and have grommets on top edge spaced on 12 inches (305 mm) centers.

          K.Tennis Court Divider Net: Constructed of #12 knotted nylon netting, each edge shall be bound with 3/4 inch (19 mm) finished synthetic tape.

Windscreens will not mildew and will resist abrasion. Screens are manufactured in standard heights of 6 feet and 9 feet but can be custom made to any height. Specify height requirement if other than standard heights listed. Contact factory for custom screen quoting.           L.Windscreens: Constructed of vinyl coated polyester or polypropylene mesh woven with sun and weather resistant yarn. All edges are reinforced with 1-1/2 inch (38 mm) finished with Herculite vinyl material and sewn with two rows of stitching. Heavy-duty solid brass grommets are located every 18 inches (457 mm) on all four sides. Warranty: 3 years against cracking and peeling when installed with 50 lb tie wrap. Color: Dark Green.
