JV-Industries LLC is a custom manufacturer of galvanized metal products and accessories for concrete penetrations. Our unique patented design products offer greater versatility, and are far more cost effective due to their labor saving design. Our concrete embedded inserts for pipe hangers are UL approved. Our fire rated sleeves are UL and ULC approved.
JV-Industries is a custom shop, and all products are made to fit your order. Our products include the following:
Sheet Metal Deck Sleeves: Sheet Metal Deck Sleeves provide penetration through the concrete slab. They are installed with staples, screws, or nails before the concrete is poured. They are flanged at the base and grooved at the top for maximum strength at both ends of the sleeve, spot welded to insure stability and have a metal cap. Composed of galvanized material, sleeves come in a variety of custom sizes, 3" diameter or greater. Other products include Q-Deck Sleeves and Adjustable Deck Sleeves.
Fire Rated Deck Sleeve: UL approved for a fire rating of 3 hours, the JV-F-Can is a one stop cast in place unit consisting of a 26g sheet metal housing with intumescent and mineral wool interior with a neoprene gasket for tight pipe fittings. F-Cans are installed using nails, screws, or staples to the decking before the concrete is poured. F-Cans are made for 1-1/2", 2", 3", and 4" pipe sizes. The length of each F-Can is customized to your specifications. For larger pipe diameters please call the manufacturer for availability.
Adjustable Beam Sleeves: Our patented Adjustable Beam Sleeve is used in the construction of concrete beams for parking structures. The floating ends of the beam sleeve taper to allow for a snug fit into the steel form without having to secure it to the form itself. The pre-finished openings of the passage easily accommodate pipe of various sizes. The beam sleeve also adjusts approximately 2 inches either way to fit assorted thickness of the support beam.
Fire Rated Adjustable Wall Sleeve: Fire Rated Adjustable Wall Sleeves are made in the same fashion as our Fire Rated Deck Sleeve with the exception that both ends have an intumescent seal and a neoprene gasket for tight pipe fittings. These are available in various diameters and we customize all lengths to your specifications. Other products include non-fire rated Adjustable Wall Sleeves.
Fire Rated Water Closet Flange: The JV-Industries Fire Rated Water Closet Flange has the same material as our other fire rated products. What makes this unique is the PVC pipe is already in the unit, and ready for flange attachment.
Other products include: Tub Boxes, Pipe Hangers, Pipe Saddles, Calcium Silicate Inserts. Refer to specifications in this section for sleeves and hangers.
