PROJECT CONDITIONS

Maintain environmental conditions (temperature, humidity, and ventilation) within limits recommended by manufacturer for optimum results. Do not install products under environmental conditions outside manufacturer's absolute limits.

COORDINATION
A.
Coordinate Work with other operations and installation of adjacent materials to avoid damage to installed materials.

WARRANTY

Light Commercial Doors: Overhead Door Corporation, Model 600 Coil-Away Service Doors.
1.
Curtain: Interlocking roll-formed galvanized steel slats, flat crown profile type CAW, 26 gauge for widths up to 12 feet 4 inches (3.75 m), 24 gauge for widths up to 16 feet (4.88 m). End of each slat shall be locked from lateral movement by a staking lock system. (Galvanized alternate malleable end locks.)
2.
Finish:
a.
Curtain slats and hood shall be galvanized in accordance with ASTM A 653 and receive rust-inhibitive, roll coating process, including 0.2 mils thick baked-on prime paint, and 0.6 mils thick baked-on polyester top coat.
