Planigrout 750 is a one-component, shrinkage-compensated cementitious
construction grout consisting of selected fine aggregates and special additives.
Planigrout 750 requires only the addition of water to produce consistencies
varying from dry pack to fluid (without segregation) while producing high
compressive and flexural strengths within a few days.
Uses:
- Use as a shrinkage compensating, premixed dry-pack-to-fluid structural
grout in locations requiring full load bearing and stabilization. Use as
a structural grout for columns, machine bases, anchor bolts, base plates
and soil stabilization. Planigrout 750 is also suitable for pre-cast, cast-inplace,
post-tensioned or pre-stressed concrete applications.
- Use for interior or exterior applications 1/2" – 2-3/8" (12 – 60 mm)
on top of a clean, properly prepared concrete substrate.
- Use for structural grouting and anchoring in residential, commercial,
industrial, institutional and civil applications. Planigrout 750 achieves
an impressive compressive strength greater than 3,600 psi (24,82 MPa) as
a fluid consistency and greater than 5,100 psi (35,17 MPa) as a dry pack
consistency in just 24 hours.
