Planitop 16 is a magnesium phosphate concrete repair mortar with superior
chemical resistance, abrasion resistance and freeze/thaw resistance.
Uses:
- Use for horizontal structural concrete repairs and restoration from 1/2"
(12 mm) up to a thickness of 3" (75 mm). Planitop 16 can be placed
in large quantities in horizontal applications and is suited for pre-cast,
cast-in place, post-tensioned or pre-stressed concrete repair.
- Use for the renovation and resurfacing of concrete structures such
as DOT horizontal concrete repairs (bridge decks, roadways, ramps, etc.),
airport runways, balconies, concrete pavement, manufacturing floors,
parking decks, tunnels, warehouse floors, expansion joint nosings
and more!
- Use for the renovation of concrete surfaces subject to extreme exposure,
heavy vehicular traffic conditions and high impact areas such as loading
docks, ports & piers, manufacturing and warehouse floors.
- Use for commercial freezer floors and cold weather patching.
- Use where turnaround time is at a premium – open to rubber wheel traffic
within 45 minutes of application.
- Use for full depth repairs up to 3" (75 mm) before extending it for deeper
applications.
