Planitop 25 is a two-component, shrinkage-compensated, cementitious, flowable,
structural repair mortar intended for the renovation of concrete surfaces.
Uses:
- Use for horizontal, vertical and overhead (form and pour) structural
concrete repairs and restoration from a minimum of 1/4" (6 mm) up to
a thickness of 1" (25 mm). For exposure to vehicular traffic, use
1/2" (12 mm) minimum thickness. For deeper applications, add proper
graded clean pea gravel (maximum 1/2" [12 mm] size aggregate).
Planitop 25 can be placed in large quantities in horizontal applications
and is suitable for pre-cast, cast-in-place, post-tensioned or pre-stressed
concrete repair.
- Use for renovating and resurfacing concrete structures such as airport
runways, balconies, walls, beams, bridge decks, concrete pavement,
manufacturing floors, parking decks, tunnels, warehouse floors and more!
- Use for renovating concrete surfaces subject to extreme exposure
and heavy vehicular traffic, including roads, ramps, industrial floors,
piers, sidewalks, canals and more!
- Use for renovating concrete surfaces subject to moderately aggressive
pollutants.
