Eden Stone operates seven quarries throughout Wisconsin to deliver some of the most unique stone products in the world. There are 2 quarrys in the Valders area, including the largest covering about 150 acres. It is located in east-central Wisconsin between Lake Winnebago and Lake Michigan about 70 miles north of Milwaukee. The Eden quarry is located about nine miles southeast of Fond du Lac nestled in the rolling hills of the kettle moraine of Wisconsin. The Oakfield, Chilton (2) and Stevens Point area quarries allow Eden Stone to provide a diverse selection of colors, textures and materials to clients around the world.
The beauty, strength, and value of stone is easily incorporated into both decorative and structural components of the building project. Use stone for contemporary or traditional designs including arches, panels, pillars, quoins and other components. Valders is a full service company including all phases of production, shop drawings, fabrication and shipping. Installation assistance is also available. Call for more information on the design and use of cut stone including custom designs.
This specification includes thin natural stone veneers that vary in depth 3/4 to 1-1/2 inches (19 mm to 38 mm). Most thin veneers listed below are also available in a sawn full veneer to a nominal depth of 3 to 6 inches (76 to 152 mm). See Section
