PROFESSIONAL Water Sealant is an inorganic water repellent that bonds to a variety of surfaces. Once applied it creates a long lasting, invisible barrier preventing damage caused by moisture. PROFESSIONAL Water Sealant also acts as an anti-graffitiant preventing penetration of paint allowing for easy removal of graffiti, using Professional Phase II Cleaner.

It is a silicone rubber water repellent that has been successfully applied to buildings, bridges, highway sound walls, and many other types of above grade surfaces in cities and towns in North America and abroad to protect against water intrusion and/or graffiti.

PROFESSIONAL Water Sealant Regular Strength: For use on vertical or horizontal brick, and concrete.
PROFESSIONAL Water Sealant Extra Strength: For use on vertical or horizontal porous brick, porous concrete, sandstone, limestone, wood and stucco.
PROFESSIONAL Water Sealant Super Strength: For use on vertical split face block, concrete, stone, stucco and wood.
PROFESSIONAL Water Sealant Anti-Graffitiant PWS-8 Extra Strength: Graffiti protection (2nd coat) for vertical brick, concrete, stone, stucco and wood.
PROFESSIONAL Water Sealant Anti-Graffitiant PWS-15 Super Strength: Graffiti protection (1st coat) for vertical brick, concrete, stone, stucco, split face block, fluted block and wood. Graffiti protection (2nd coat) for vertical split face, and fluted block.
