Parex finish systems are designed for commercial, institutional and residential buildings, and for new construction or retrofit. Residential Systems
The Parex Water Master with House Wrap EIF System was developed specifically for residential construction, Parex Water Master with House Wrap provides an additional safeguard: water drainage. All buildings are built to keep water out, but water might incidentally enter behind the wall cladding due to leaks around the door or window openings, or improper flashing. Water Master with House Wrap provides a path for water to drain out of the wall. The Parex Water Master with House Wrap EIF System further protects with a moisture barrier installed behind the substrate and the Insulation Board.
Water Master with StuccoWrap is a new choice of drainage system. With its integrated drainage and barrier plane, Water Master with StuccoWrap meets the criteria for drainage EIFS without the need for channeled EPS board. Designed for wood frame construction, Water Master with StuccoWrap adds confidence and protection while simplifying installation. Parex supplies the full range of components for all Water Master systems. The industry's only single-source supplier for drainage systems.

Commercial Systems The Parex Standard System is a PB Exterior Insulation and Finish System with adhesively-attached EPS insulation board, a single layer of Base Coat (minimum thickness 1/16 in.) and reinforced with Parex mesh over the entire surface. Additional mesh can be used to achieve high impact requirements.

Water Master Commercial-DB (Drainage Board) is a type PB EIF system with drainage. Adhesively attached, it is designed for application on commercial buildings including non-combustible and multi-story construction. Installed over Fiber faced gypsum sheathing and concrete based sheathing, the system starts with a Liquid Membrane which creates a seamless secondary weather barrier. Parex Water Master EPS provides drainage channels for incidental water, which is released through the Vented Tracks at the bottom of the system.

Master Water Master Commercial-VR: another of the innovative Parex solutions in drainable EIF systems. Water Master Commercial-VR is designed to offer high-performance moisture control for commercial projects while offering simple, fast, affordable installation, even over substrates that may be uneven.

Standard EXTRA is a PB EIFS system that doubles up the protection of your exterior: the first step of the system is a seamless weather and air barrier installed over the sheathing and at all openings, as a shield against incidental moisture intrusion. The Parex Standard system is then adhesively attached to this "EXTRA" barrier, with insulation, base coat and mesh reinforcement and the variety of finish and colors you need. The exterior of the system offers a proven first line of defense against the elements, doubling up the wall's weather barrier.

Premium The highest quality PB Exterior Insulation and Finish System available. This system offers an adhesively attached EIFS insulation board, a double layer of Base Coat (minimum 3/32 in. to 1/8 in.), mandatory use of Parex high-grade mesh, reinforced corner mesh and Parex Starter Track. Additional mesh can be used to achieve high impact requirements.

Parex I-C Gold is a flexible PM EIF system. It includes a mechanically fastened Sanded Extruded Polystyrene (XPS), a mesh reinforced double layer of base-coat, primer and finish. Its unique polymer modified base-coat is flexible enough that control joints are not required as with other PM systems. I-C Gold provides double the impact strength and better puncture resistance compared to most other EIF systems, superior energy performance, complete design flexibility and superior durability within budget.

Parex I-C Silver System is a PM Exterior Insulation and Finish System with Expanded Polystyrene. The first PM system which can be adhesively attached, I-C Silver is the newest generation of the original PM system. This system offers a unique polymer-modified Base Coat which provides a thick hard-coat system which is flexible enough that control joints are not required as with other PM systems.

Parex ICF Finish System This exterior finish system includes a thick polymer base coat with enhanced impact resistance applied directly over approved ICF systems. Its integrally colored 100% acrylic finish coat with "DPR" dirt pick-up resistance offers virtually unlimited design versatility and low maintenance.
