
The terms "full flush" and "seamless" have explicit technical meanings in this SpecWizard. Full flush doors have a full laser welded edge seam on the door edge. Seamless doors have had the seam filled and smoothed off.
Series 35LE and 37LE temperature rise fire doors:
18 gage fire doors (heavy-duty) and 16 gage (extra heavy-duty) with 250 degree temperature rise labels can be made available with 3-hour and 1-1/2 hour labels.
Doors in walls separating buildings, or parts of buildings, into fire areas may be provided with 3-hour labels. These doors are only available flush, except where local jurisdictions allow up to 100 square inches of FireLiteŽ glazing.
Doors in openings in walls enclosing areas of vertical communication (e.g. stairwells) may be provided with a 1-1/2 hour label. These units are available flush or with V, N520, N425, and N333 lights. 1-1/2 hour doors in other locations may be provided with fusible link louvers.
Doors in room and corridor partitions may be provided with a 3/4 hour label. These units are available flush, G, N250, N425, N333, and LI designs.
