Base Angles
2 inch by 3 inch by 0.059 inch (50 mm by 75 mm by 1.5 mm) steel angles, with minimum yield strength of 55,000 psi (38 MPa), anchored to the floor slab or grade beam with power driven fasteners or equivalent at a maximum spacing of 4 feet (1220 mm) on center and not more than 6 inches (150 mm) from the end of any angle member.
