The Acudor UF-5000 is an innovative universal flush access door for walls and ceilings. It is designed for installation in drywall, plaster, masonry, tile or any flush surface. The door panel features rounded safety corners, which provide an architecturally pleasing appearance. The one-piece trim flange will not rack, sag or distort.
Universal: Wall and Ceiling Access Doors - UF5500
The Acudor UF-5500 is a universal flush access door for walls and ceilings, designed for installation in all types of flush surfaces. The drawn flanged door panel has rounded corners for both safety and an architecturally pleasing appearance. The frame is drawn as one piece, which provides excellent strength and rigidity. Fabricated from galvanized steel and coated with a white baked on polyester powder paint, this door will perform well in high corrosive and exterior applications.
Plastic Access Doors - PA-3000
The Acudor PA-3000 Plastic Access Door is designed to provide easy access to walls and ceilings. The high impact styrene plastic with U.V. stabilizers will not fade or corrode. The door is completely removable from the frame and fits tightly with snap latches. The white finish, with textured exposed surfaces, can be left as is or painted to match the surrounding areas. This door is easy to install by applying caulking adhesive to the back of the frame and pressing into place.

Drywall: Wall and Ceiling Access Doors - DW-5040
The Acudor DW-5040 is designed specifically for installation in drywall walls and ceilings after drywall has been installed.
The door flange is a perforted as a taping bead with pre-punched holes. Drywall compound is applied over the beading at the same time the drywall joints are finished. When the application is completed, only the door panel remains exposed. Our unique concealed hinge and screwdriver operated cam latches allow the door panel, which is formed with flanges on four sides, to operate freely with no binding, sagging or distortion.

The Acudor DW-5015 recessed access door is designed for flush installation in drywall surfaces when it is required to conceal the door panel, which is recessed 5/8" to receive drywall. The Acudor FW-5015 recessed for drywall, fire rated access door is designed for installation in drywall walls requiring concealing of the door panel consistent to the surrounding walls. The door panel is supplied with 5/8" drywall. The Acudor FW-5015 is approved by Underwriter's Laboratories (UL) for 1-1/2 hours "B" label in walls. Designed to maintain continuity in a 2 hour fire barrier wall, the FW-5015 should be used whenever it is necessary to provide access in fire rated drywall walls, where it is required to conceal the door panel. For use in walls, fire-rated for up to 90-minutes with a temperature rise of max 250 degrees C (450 degrees F) over 30 minutes.

The Acudor SF-2000 is an innovative surface mounted access door for all types of walls and ceilings. The door panel features rounded safety corners providing an architecturally pleasing appearance. An exposed continuous piano hinge allows the door panel to open to 175 degrees. The SF-2000 is the ideal choice for all applications. The mounting holes in each corner of the frame allow for easy installation. Since there is no frame to extend into the wall or ceiling, the SF-2000 is perfect for access to odd size openings.
Aluminum Access Doors - LT-4000
The Acudor LT-4000 is a lightweight aluminum access door for walls and ceilings. With a durable design and lightweight components, access to large openings in walls and ceilings is made easy. The mitered aluminum frame provides an architecturally pleasing appearance. The aluminum door panel is lined with 3/4" polystyrene insulation. The all aluminum construction of the LT-4000 is ideal for exterior applications, and also those specific interior applications where corrosion or moisture is a concern. Gasketing between the door and frame is provided to insure a tight fit.
Airtight/Watertight Access Doors - ADWT
The Acudor ADWT is a flush access door that has been tested for air infiltration and water penetration. The Door and frame are fully welded and gasketed. This access door is ideal for use in laboratories, clean rooms, operating rooms, etc. where an airtight/watertight seal is required. Standard in type 304 stainless steel with a #4 satin polish. Pressure rated to 8" W.G. with leakage no greater than 2 CFM per sq. ft. or less. The 5/8" notched knock over tabs on the inside of the frame provide for easy installation.

Fire Rated Floor Doors - Flush Diamond Plate - FRFD
The Acudor FRFD series fire rated floor doors are designed to maintain the fire rating of a 2 hour floor ceiling assembly in interior applications. The angle frame construction with Anchor flange is designed to be cast into concrete. The flush aluminum diamond plate cover is provided with a U.L. listed 165 degree fusible link for automatic closing and latching in the event of smoke or fire.
Recessed 1/8" for Vinyl Tile/Carpet Floor Doors - FT-8040
The Acudor FT series aluminum floor doors are designed for interior and exterior applications that require an access opening that will blend in with the surrounding floor material. The FT-8040 is recessed 1/8" to accommodate carpeting and vinyl tile.
Recessed 1" for Ceramic Tile/Concrete Floor Doors - FT-8050
The FT-8050 is recessed 1" to accommodate ceramic tile/concrete flooring. The Acudor FT series aluminum floor doors are designed for interior and exterior applications that require an access opening that will blend in with the surrounding floor material.
Non Hinged: Flush Diamond Plate Floor Doors - FD-8060
The Acudor FD-8060 aluminum floor door is designed for interior applications where watertightness is not required. The flush diamond plate door panel stays secured to the frame with flat head screws and is completely removable.

The Acudor FT-8080 aluminum floor access door is designed for interior and exterior applications that require an access opening that will blend in with the surrounding floor material. To keep the floor material from cracking or chipping within the door panel, the securing screws are located in the flange of the mounting frame.

Surface Mounted Valve Boxes - ASVB
The Acudor ASVB is a surface mounted valve box designed to provide easy, convenient access to all types of valves and controls that extend outside of the finished wall, but need to be protected by a fully enclosed box. The depth of the valve box can be modified to meet all valve and control requirements. When required, vision panels, louvers and engraved plates can be supplied along with special holes for pipes or conduits.
Flush Valve Access Panel - AFVP
The Acudor AFVP provides quick and easy access to flush valves that are concealed in the wall. Constructed out of type 304 stainless steel with a #4 satin polish, the door panel is removable from the frame via tamperproof stainless steel screws. A 1-1/2" dia. hole in the center of the panel is provided for the valve handle.

Platinum Drain Seals
Platinum Drain Seals are manufactured with durable nylon and EPDM rubber and can be compressed to form a secure seal between roof drain stems and existing plumbing drains. The flexible rubber is expanded by tightening internal stainless steel screws thereby stopping water leakage at the connection in the event of water backup in the drain.

Platinum Under-Deck Clamps
Under-deck clamps are recommended to provide a secure, long-lasting installation of the roof drain on all but poured-in-place installations. Roof drains must be firmly secured to the roof with an under-deck clamp, otherwise, due to snow loads, rain loads and regular expansion and contraction, the drain will work in and out of the roofing, causing roofing membranes to flex and fail.
