Tite-Loc Plus Roof Panel

Tite-Loc Plus: Manufactured under license from Petersen Aluminum (Pac-Clad), our Tite-Loc Plus roof panel is Miami-Dade County approved. Our Miami-Dade NOA is: 13-1126.10. This panel is also is also Florida Building Code Approved, FBC Certificate of Approval Number is FL16832. This panel has been extensively tested and is appropriate for use anywhere a high performance roof panel system is required.

Snap-On-Seam Clips

We manufacture the widest variety of standing seam metal roof panel clips available anywhere. We can fit virtually any roof panel from snaplock to mechanically seamed.

S-5!® Clamps & Brackets

S-5!® clamps attach to the panel seam by the tightening of two "bullet-nosed" stainless steel setscrews against the seam material. (This is usually done with an industrial grade screwgun.) The round point setscrews compress the seam material against the opposite wall of the clamp. They will "dimple" the seam material, but will not penetrate it. Threaded holes in the clamp (stainless hardware is provided) enable the easy attachment of various ancillary items to the clamps.

S-5-PV Kit

The new S-5-PV Kit is one of the first solar module mounting solutions in the industry to be listed to the new UL subject 2703, a standard that covers both bonding and mounting. In order to meet the UL requirements, the S-5-PV Kit had to be submitted for tests, being evaluated under the severest of conditions to confirm that the product would withstand the elements while maintaining electrical conductivity.

Our 21'0" Jorns CNC folder can be programmed to fold virtually any profile needed, including reproductions of classic OG cornice profiles and half round and quarter round custom gutters.

We can fold a variety of pre-painted and unpainted materials, including aluminum to .050", galvanized and stainless steel to 18ga, copper and zinc to 30oz.

We can also custom manufacture a variety of curved flashings.
