The product is suitable for comfort ventilation to ensure that the building's users enjoy a comfortable indoor climate.
The WCC 310/320 PLUS, can be expanded with a communication card thus comfort ventilation will be possible via bus communicaion BACnet-IP.
The connection of a fieldbus card enables communication and access to the available bus-objects depending on the chosen system. Smoke extraction function has always higher priority than comfort commands from the field bus and it is recommended only to use field bus for comfort purposes.
There is a set of objects available for each motor line, ventilation group and smoke zone, which provides the options for status and commands. For further information on available objects see BACnet PICS” under the WCC 310/320 PLUS MotorController.

Project Gallery
At the end of 2021 this multi-purpose facility opened for the art students at UBC, Vancouver. The Centre is a student-driven initiative designed by Leckie Studio Architecture + Design and it was built with sustainability in mind. One of the initiatives in this content is intelligent controlled windows in all areas used for daily natural ventilation and night cooling. The areas also contain mechanical ventilation making the ventilation concept an energy efficient mixed-mode solution. The buildings ventilation design was spearheaded by Integral Group Vancouver, who applied the innovative approach to the buildings automated natural ventilation system.
Rated as BREEAM, “Excellent" and EPC “A" rated, the City of Glasgow College (Riverside Campus and City Campus) is one of the biggest college developments in Scotland. It has won dozens of awards since opening in 2015 and 2016, respectively. And it's no surprise. The college took a definitive commitment to the environment by embracing several sustainable design strategies such as automated natural ventilation and solar photovoltaic panels, among others.
Designed by alumnus James Eades of Nicholas Hare Architects, the new Student Centre of the University College London is a flagship for sustainable development in the urban environment. This multi-purpose student center is spread over eight levels with a spectacular central atrium. The center boasts 1,000 new study spaces.
In 2019, the Augusta University Cancer Research Center completed its 72,000 sq. ft. expansion of the existing 170,000 sq. ft. building. The expansion is a key part in helping the center carry out its mission to reduce the burden of cancer in Georgia and across the globe.
Built in 1924, this residential building is situated on Harvard University's campus. It has been renovated to inspire others by how older, existing structures can be altered to become ultra-efficient facilities with ambitious performance targets. The building houses research dealing with global climate change and sustainable building design strategies.
MECD is Manchester University's brand-new, state-of-the art Engineering Campus. MECD provides world-class sustainable research facilities, alongside flexible and innovative teaching and learning spaces and houses a community of 8,000 students, researchers, academics and services staff. It is a seven-year project and is one of the largest construction projects undertaken by any higher education institution in the UK at present
The Lee Valley Athletics Centre is located at the Lee Valley Leisure Complex formerly known as Picketts Lock in Edmonton, London Borough of Enfield.
Lee Valley Athletics Centre (LVAC) is the largest indoor and outdoor athletics centre serving London and the South of England. It's a state-of-the-art building that aims to provide sporting facilities for athletes of all levels. Housing the only indoor 200 metre six lane track in the South of England, it also comprises a 130-metre sprint straight, permanent seating for 500 spectators both inside and out, full jumps and throws capacity, and cutting-edge sports science and physiotherapy suites. The site is open to the general public as well as elite athletes.
Living Building certified by the Living Building Challenge 2.0 (LBC), the Bullitt Center is a high-performance, net-zero energy and net-zero water urban office building in Seattle.
In order to attain the certification, the building had to provide fresh air and daylight via operable windows to every occupant. The building also had to meet indoor air quality standards measured post-occupancy, in addition to the other LBC requirements.
A2SEA, which is owned by GeoSea NV, part of the DEME group offers a range of marine engineering services for the offshore wind industry. Their head office sits in the southeastern part of the Jutland peninsula in Denmark.
Built in 2010, the building sits closely to the E20 which runs through Ireland, the United Kingdom, Denmark, Sweden, Estonia, and Russia. Despite being situated about 2 blocks from a major multinational motorway, the building features natural ventilation.
Designed to achieve Passive House certification, the Clayton Heights Community Centre is on track to become the first community center to achieve Passive House in North America. It will also be Canada's largest Passive House facility to date.
This makes the project significant for the Passive House movement, which emphasizes reducing heating and cooling expenses in the built environment without compromising the indoor climate.
