Planitop 18 TG is a one-component, shrinkage-compensated, very rapid-hardening, trowel-grade, cementitious repair mortar with a corrosion inhibitor. Planitop 18 TG gains strength rapidly and is particularly suited for all horizontal concrete repairs from 1/2" to 2" (12 mm to 5 cm) thickness when applied neat and up to 8" (20 cm) when extended with aggregate.

MAPEI's Mapeproof sodium bentonite waterproofing membranes have been proven, worldwide, to be the most consistent and reliable products of their kind. Certified as manufactured in accordance with ISO 9001, both Mapeproof HW and Mapeproof SW are constructed using a layer of woven and nonwoven, puncture- and tear-resistant polypropylene fabrics. Encased within these fabrics is high‐swelling, self‐sealing sodium bentonite; loaded at an industry leading rate of 1.1 lbs. per sq. ft. (5.3 kg per m2), minimum. The process by which the sodium bentonite is encased within these fabrics ensures that, regardless of hydration cycles and/or the geometric plane in which it is installed, the membrane will perform as designed.

Mapedrain 30 is designed for horizontal applications that demand very high compressive strength and flow rates. Its woven filter fabric allows concrete to be poured directly on top of the drainage composite. 

Low-VOC, Solvent-Based Contact Adhesive, Mapebond 710 is a low-VOC, quick-drying, solvent-based, high-tack contact adhesive.

Water-Based Contact Adhesive, Mapebond 720 is a quick-drying, water-based, high-tack contact adhesive.

Polychem HE is a chloride-based liquid admixture containing water-reducing and accelerating components. Polychem HE can be used to accelerate the setting characteristics of concrete and promote early strength gain of concrete. Polychem HE meets the requirements of ASTM C494 as a Type C and Type E, CRD C87 and AASHTO M194.

Polychem Super Set is a non-chloride, water-reducing admixture formulated to accelerate the strength development and setting time of concrete in cold weather. Polychem Super Set meets or exceeds the requirements of ASTM C494, Type C and Type E, CRD C 87 and AASHTO M194.

Polychem Super Set II is a non-chloride, water-reducing and accelerating admixture conforming to ASTM C494 and AASHTO M194, Type C and Type E. Polychem Super Set II reduces the amount of water required to produce concrete of a desired consistency, while accelerating the strength development and setting time of concrete in cold weather.

Polychem Super Set Plus is a non-chloride admixture formulated to accelerate the strength development and setting time of concrete in cold weather.

Mapeair Zero is a liquid admixture developed to eliminate unwanted entrapped air in concrete. When added to any type of concrete mix, it reduces the formation of pinholes, bubbles and air pockets formed during the mixing and application phases. The de-aerating effect of Mapeair Zero increases the density of concrete, leading to higher compressive strength, lower porosity and permeability and, therefore, improved durability. Through elimination of the excess air bubbles, the overall appearance of exposed concrete is improved and the surface of poured concrete is more compact and even.

Polychem CI is a liquid corrosion-inhibiting admixture based on calcium nitrite. Polychem CI inhibits the onset of corrosion of reinforcing steel caused by chlorides typically present in de-icing materials. Polychem CI meets the requirements of ASTM C494 as a Type C and AASHTO M194 as a Type C.

MP-10 is a high-performance, efflorescence-reducing, water-repelling admixture for both wet- and dry-cast concrete applications. MP-10 dry and semi-dry applications include concrete masonry units, SRWs and pavers. MP-10 wet-cast applications include architectural precast and stone veneer.

Mapetard Plus is a high-performance, set-retarding and water-reducing liquid admixture. Mapetard Plus does not contain calcium chloride and will not contribute to the increased corrosion of reinforced steel in concrete. Mapetard Plus conforms to ASTM C494 and AASHTO M194, Type B and Type D.

Polychem R is a highly concentrated liquid admixture, set-retarding, which reduces the quantity of mixing water required to produce concrete of a standard consistency with the benefit of extended slump life and workability. Polychem R conforms to ASTM C494 and AASHTO M194 Type B and Type D.

Polychem Renu is a ready-to-use liquid solution manufactured to control the hydration process in Portland-cement concretes and concrete wash water. This advanced set retarder coats the hydrating cement particles in the concrete and wash water, resulting in the suspension of the hydration chemical reaction. Polychem Renu meets or exceeds the ASTM C494 and AASHTO M194 Type B and Type D requirements.

SRA-157 is a liquid shrinkage-reducing admixture that can be used in any Portland-cement-based product to significantly reduce drying shrinkage. SRA-157 is not expansive material, but rather functions by blocking capillaries of pore water, which is the major mechanism that causes drying shrinkage in concrete. When added to concrete at a rate of 2% by weight of cementitious material, SRA-157 can reduce shrinkage by up to 80% at 28 days of age and by up to 50% at one year of age.

Microsilica is a densified powder admixture with pozzolanic action, to be used in combination with plasticizers and superplasticizers for high-quality mortars, grouts and concrete. Microsilica complies with the provisions and specifications of ASTM C1240 and AASHTO M307. Microsilica is primarily based on amorphous silicon dioxide (SiO2) consisting of sub-micron spherical primary particles and agglomerates of these. This material is highly reactive in cementitious and ceramic bond systems. The average diameter of a Microsilica sphere is about 0.15 micron. Although some of the spheres exist as single entities, most of them form primary agglomerates. The size of these may vary between 0.1 and 1 micron. This rather wide particle size distribution contributes to high packing efficiency.

Polychem Extendflo X90 is a chemical admixture based on a modified acrylic polymer that, when used as part of an admixture system, provides slump retention without retardation and without affecting the development of early mechanical strengths. Polychem Extendflo X90 gives the concrete producer the ability to immediately create the ideal admixture system for fluctuating regional raw materials, environmental conditions (including warm climates) and special project requirements. Polychem Extendflo X90 conforms to ASTM C494 and AASHTO M194 Type S (Specific Performance, Admixtures).

Dynamon NRG 1092 is a high-range, water-reducing admixture for normalsetting, high-performance and durable concrete. Concrete manufactured with Dynamon NRG 1092 has a high level of workability and exhibits excellent mechanical properties when hardened. Dynamon NRG 1092 meets the requirements for ASTM C494 Type A and Type F as well as AASHTO M194 Type A and Type F.

Dynamon SX is a high-performance, water-reducing admixture for concrete, is based on polycarboxylate technology and belongs to MAPEI's Dynamon system. Dynamon SX meets the requirements of ASTM C494 Type A and Type F and AASHTO M194 Type A and Type F.

Dynamon SX 37 is a high-performance admixture for concrete that is based on polycarboxylate technology and belongs to MAPEI's Dynamon system. Dynamon SX 37 meets the requirements of ASTM C494 Type F and AASHTO M194 Type F.

EVO 2500 is a complete-range, water-reducing, liquid admixture designed to be used, by varying the dosage rate, in all concrete applications, including those that may require high flowability or complete self-consolidating concrete (SCC), while maintaining normal setting characteristics. EVO 2500 meets the requirements of ASTM C494 and AASHTO M194 as Type A and Type F.

KB 1200 is a normal-setting, multi-range, water-reducing admixture for concrete. By varying the dosage rate, it can be used as a normal, mid-range and high-range water-reducing admixture. It improves the quality of concrete by decreasing the water-to-cementitious ratio. KB 1200 is designed to facilitate the placing and finishing of ready-mixed concrete. KB 1200 conforms to ASTM C494 Types A and F, AASHTO M194 Types A and F, and CRD C 87 Types A and F.

Polychem 3000 is a normal-setting, multi-range, water-reducing admixture for concrete utilizing polycarboxylate technology. Polychem 3000 is designed to facilitate the placing and finishing of ready-mixed concrete that is highly flowable and workable for extended periods of time with normal-setting characteristics. By varying the dosage rate, Polychem 3000 can be used as a normal, mid-range and high-range water-reducing admixture. It improves the quality of concrete by decreasing the water-to-cement ratio. Polychem 3000 conforms to ASTM C494 Types A and F, AASHTO M194 Types A and F and CRD C 87 Types A and F.

Polychem 441 is a high-range, naphthalenesulfonate-based, water-reducing admixture for normal-setting, high-performance and durable concrete. Concrete manufactured with Polychem 441 has a high level of workability and exhibits excellent mechanical properties when hardened.

Polychem 850 is a normal-setting, multi-range water-reducing admixture for concrete utilizing polycarboxylate technology. Polychem 850 is designed to facilitate the placing and finishing of ready-mixed concrete that is highly flowable and workable for extended periods of time with normal-setting characteristics. Polychem 850 meets the requirements of ASTM C494 and AASHTO M194 as Type A and Type F.

Polychem BP is a ready-to-use, high-performance, liquid plasticizer recommended for use in the production of standard and lightweight concrete blocks, pipes and any other manufactured concrete product, especially when zero or low slumps are required.

Polychem SPC is a high-performance, normal-setting admixture for concrete, based on polycarboxylate technology. Concrete manufactured with Polychem SPC has a high level of workability and exhibits excellent mechanical properties when hardened. Polychem SPC is formulated to be air-neutral. Polychem SPC meets the requirements of ASTM C494 Type A and Type F and AASHTO M194 Type A and Type F. Polychem SPC is in compliance with the CSA A23.1.

DG-F is a dry powder (biopolymer / highly refined diutan gum) admixture packaged in a ready-to-use, water-soluble bag that can be added to Portland-cement concrete based upon the application and specific load size. DG-F is a fast-hydrating biopolymer that has been specifically designed for use in applications of Portland-cement concrete, gypsum products and calcium aluminate cement. DG-F may be used as an AWA (anti-washout admixture) or a VMA (viscosity-modifying admixture) depending on project requirements or contractor needs.

Dynamon NRG 546 is a high-range, water-reducing admixture for normal-setting, high-performance and durable concrete. Concrete manufactured with Dynamon NRG 546 has a high level of workability and exhibits excellent mechanical properties when hardened. Dynamon NRG 546 meets the requirements for ASTM C494 Type A and Type F and AASHTO M194 Type A and Type F.

Mapecrete V3K is a liquid admixture specially formulated for use in the production of ready-mixed and precast concrete that requires high fluidity with no segregation. With the use of Mapecrete V3K to control viscosity, self-compacting concrete can be produced with little or no fillers.

Polychem VMA is specifically formulated to improve the viscosity of highly flowable mixes, decrease the potential for segregation and improve the finishing characteristics of lean concrete mixes. Polychem VMA is recommended for use in Self-Consolidating Concrete (SCC), concrete containing manufactured sand and high water-to-cement ratio mixes.

Mapefluid N200 is a high-range, naphthalene-sulfonate-based, water-reducing admixture for normal-setting, high-performance and durable concrete. Concrete manufactured with Mapefluid N200 has a high level of workability and exhibits excellent mechanical properties when hardened.

Mapeplast MR107 is a multi-range, water-reducing admixture for normal, midrange and high-range water reduction. Concrete manufactured with Mapeplast MR107 has a high level of workability and exhibits excellent mechanical properties when hardened. Mapeplast MR107 meets the requirements for ASTM C494 Type A and AASHTO M194 Type A.

Mapeplast N is a normal-setting, multi-component, highly concentrated, water-reducing and retarding admixture conforming to ASTM C494 Type A and Type D, CRD 87 and AASHTO M194 Type A and Type D. Mapeplast N will reduce the quantity of water required to produce concrete of a desired consistency, while providing greater cost savings for a given strength. It will increase strengths and improve workability and finishing characteristics.

Melchemis a water-soluble, melamine-based, high-range, water-reducing admixture. Melchem can reduce the mixing water by up to 30%, producing high-strength concrete with a low water/cement ratio and normal levels of workability. It can also be added to a mix to produce flowing concrete with increased strength.

Melchem 38 is a water-soluble, melamine-based, high-range, water-reducing admixture. Melchem 38 meets the requirements of ASTM C494 and AASHTO M194 as Type A and Type F.

Polychem 383 is a normal-setting, mid-range, water-reducing admixture based on polycarboxylate chemistry. Polychem 383 is designed to be used in all concrete applications by varying the dosage rates. Polychem 383 conforms to the requirements of ASTM C494 as a Type A as well as AASHTO M194 as a Type A.

Polychem 400 NC is a normal-setting, multi-component, highly concentrated, water-reducing admixture conforming to ASTM C 494, CRD C 87 and AASHTO M 194 Type A and ASTM C 494 Type D. Polychem 400 NC will reduce the quantity of water required to produce concrete of a desired consistency, while providing greater economy for a given strength. It will increase strengths and improve workability and finishing characteristics.
 

Polychem Paver Plus is a normal-setting, multi-component, water-reducing admixture. Polychem Paver Plus is primarily used in the production of highquality paving applications. Polychem Paver Plus is formulated to aid in the mixing, placing and finishing of paving concrete and improves the concrete's hardened properties. Polychem Paver Plus meets the requirements of ASTM C494 as Type A and AASHTO M194 as Type A.

Idrocrete KR 1000 is a powder admixture made from special hydrophilic components that, when added to a concrete mix, reduces the permeability of hardened concrete.
