New Product Highlights:
In an effort to reduce consumer confusion, the Acousti-Mat line naming conventionshave been altered to feature straightforward product descriptions and reflect the way theAEC community discusses sound control...by thickness!To simplify product selection and leverage awareness of the Acousti-Mat brand name,Maxxon has established new naming conventions for the product line. Effective August1 st , 2018, the following naming conventions have taken effect:
- All Maxxon entangled mesh mats will be known as Acousti-Mat ®
- Each mat will be distinguished by thickness expressed as a fraction
- The High Performance (HP) upgrade will be retitled as “Premium". It will continue to beavailable as an option on the 1/4", 3/8" and 3/4" sound mats.

Level-Right® LDF is a revolutionary, lightweight product made from Portland cement and a proprietary expanded polystyrene foam aggregate. The aerated foam aggregate gives the cement a range of unique properties, making it perfect for deep fill applications.
Acousti-Mat 1/8: Code Minimum Sound Control - Idealfor economical, low profile requirements. The new economical solutionfor both new floors and retrofit where floor height is a concern. Acousti-Mat 1/8 maintains a low 1/8" (3 mm) profile and requires onlya 3/4" Maxxon underlayment pour depth, while increasing STC up to 12points when compared to a bare wood frame system. Acousti-Mat 1/8is GREENGUARD Gold Certified.
Multifamily Original Sound Control - The original soundcontrol mat for multifamily construction. The low-profile sound controlsystem. Increases IIC levels up to 10 points over wood frame, and upto 20 points over concrete. Increases STC rating 6-15 points over barewood frame system. Acousti-Mat 1/4 is GREENGUARD Gold Certified.

Level-Right®, an "eco-friendly building material", is a self-leveling, cementitious product designed for thin-capping concrete - even over old floor goods, adhesive residue and wood subfloors. Better yet, there's usually no shotblasting or scarifying required. With compressive strengths up to 5,500 psi (38 MPa), Level-Right is the perfect solution for problem floors in large projects or for small repair jobs.
Level EZ, is a polymer-modified, self-leveling cementitious underlayment that is engineered for leveling, smoothing and repairing interior gypsum and concrete substrates and non-water soluble adhesive residue on concrete prior to the installation of finished floor coverings. Level EZ provides a durable, flat, smooth floor surface with minimum labor and installation time. It can be poured or pumped when mixed with water and seeks its own level to produce a smooth, flat hard surface.
Level-Right® LDF is a revolutionary, lightweight product made from Portland cement and a proprietary expanded polystyrene foam aggregate. Level-Right® LDF is ready-mixed cement designed to be capped with a Maxxon Underlayment.
