The superior engineering features of the UHR40 ultrahook vehicle restraint safety system makes it a reliable and effective restraint system for the most demanding of applications. The UHR40 ultrahook vehicle restraint safety system will cycle through a broad operating range. It has an exceptional drawbar rating or holding strength of 40,000 lb. Vehicle Restraint Safety System - Model LPR35

The Pentalift LPR35 vehicle restraint safety system is designed to accommodate vehicles fitted with very low rear impact guards. The operating range of the LPR35 is 8 3/4" low and 26" high. The stepped hook design provides dual locking positions and features a 35,000 lb restraining capacity. Vehicle Restraint Safety System - Model HFR32

The HFR32 vehicle restraint safety system is a face-mounted, non-impact safety system. The dual side by side hook arrangement, manufactured with 100,000 PSI steel helps to spread out the forces over the rear impact guard (R.I.G.), improving the strength relationship between the two. A 10 1/2 " low height facilitates lower R.I.GA's. As an option, the operation of the HFR32 vehicle restraint safety system can be interlocked to other dock equipment, i.e. dock leveler, overhead door, inflatable dock seal, etc. A rugged structural steel guard protects the vehicle restraint from impact damage caused by truck/trailers or yard cleaning equipment. A drawbar rating of 32,000 lb provides the strength to restrain virtually any R.I.G. on a truck/trailer. A high-visibility, two-way communication system provides communication between the operator and the driver.

Vehicle Restraint Safety System - Model RVR32

The RVR32 vehicle restraint safety system is a raised, face mounted off the ground design. The front extension bar provides an operating range of 9" low to 25" high, the rotating steel hook design provides a 32,000 lb restraining capacity with a slip clutch to protect the drive components from impact and shock loads. The spring loaded carriage automatically adjusts to trailer movement "float" maintaining contact with the vehicle rear impact guard. A high visibility two way communication system provides communication between the dock attendant and the truck driver.

Vehicle Restraint - Model MFRAL32

The MFRAL32 mechanical vehicle restraint provides the combination of a cost effective vehicle restraint with a complete communication system. The MFRAL32 offers a rugged structural design, 32,000 lb restraining capacity and a high visibility two way communication system providing clear communication between the dock attendant and the truck driver. The MFRAL utilizes a NEMA 6 watertight and corrosive duty limit switch to automatically switch the communication lights (inside lights and outside lights) when the restraint is released to the engaged position.

Adjustable Curtain Dock Seal - PS-200A

The PS-200A Adjustable Curtain dock seal is an effective solution for dock doors which service trucks/trailers of varying heights. After the truck/trailer compresses the side pads, the dock attendant simply lowers the adjustable header curtain to the truck/trailer top, to form a three-sided seal around the rear of the trailer. The adjustable header curtain of the PS-200A minimizes the potential for header damage, which can occur with fixed curtain type dock seals due to impact from forklift truck masts or loads.

Fixed Head Inflatable Dock Seal - PSI-150

The PSI-I50 Fixed Header Inflatable dock seal is best suited for use on doors up to 8' wide X 8' high. When the PSI-150 is inflated, it provides a weather tight, energy efficient seal. The unit inflates to meet the truck/trailer in position at the dock, thereby eliminating impact pressure on the building wall. When deflated, the unit retracts around the perimeter of the loading dock door. The PSI-150 is well suited for loading dock situations that service a dedicated fleet.

Rigid Dock Shelter - PS-400S

The PS-400S Rigid dock shelter is designed to allow complete, unobstructed access to the rear of a truck/trailer for easier loading/unloading operations. The curtains of the shelter seal the top and sides of the trailer by exerting pressure through stays (fiberglass spring material) built into the top and side curtains. Standard units are supplied with bottom draft pads and heavy-duty structural steel protective guards.

Ultima Dock Shelter - PS-470

The PS-470 Ultima Dock Shelter is a unique design permitting full access to the rear door. This model of dock shelter is an alternative to the rigid side frames of a conventional dock shelter. The soft sided foam frame design takes incidental impact from the incoming vehicle without damage to the shelter frame. The curtains of the shelter seal the top and sides of the trailer by exerting pressure through stays (fibreglass spring material) built into the top and side curtains.

Retractable Dock Shelter - PS-500

The PS-500 Retractable dock shelter is best suited for facilities with large doors and where the entire truck/trailer door opening must be unobstructed. The PS-500 retractable dock shelter retracts upon impact from off-center trucks without sustaining damage. All metal components are aluminum to provide a clean, aesthetically pleasing look. The PS-500's structural members are custom-extruded tube made from aluminum, a corrosion resistant material which offers a superior strength-to-weight ratio. Fiberglass stays, which are built into the curtains, exert sufficient pressure to seal the top and sides of the truck/trailer once it is in position at the loading dock.

L-Shape Dock Seal - PS-700

The PS-700 L-Shape dock seal is an effective solution for larger door openings which service trucks/trailers of varying widths. The side pads yield to incoming trucks/trailers to reduce the possibility of damage to the seal and/or building. The PS-700 has the sealing capability of a conventional foam seal. It forms a three-sided seal around the rear of the truck/trailer and still allows for complete and unobstructed access to the truck/trailer. The PS-700's Pentaswing Adjustable Head Curtain minimizes the potential for curtain damage. The Pentaswing curtain adjusts to a wide range of truck/trailer heights. The head curtain is dropped into position on the top of the truck/trailer after it is in place at the dock.

The PS-100 Fixed Header dock seal is a compressible, foam-filled, 3 sided dock seal. It is best suited for a door opening that is 8' wide X 8' high / 8' wide X 9' high which services trucks/trailers of approximately the same size. Once the PS-100 dock seal is compressed, a gasket seal is formed between the rear of the truck/trailer and the building.

The PSI-250 Adjustable Curtain Inflatable dock seal shares all of the characteristics of the Model PSI-150 with the added benefit of an adjustable head curtain. The adjustable head curtain increases the sealing range of the PSI-250 by 12". It is able to service lower height trucks/trailers.

The PSI-350AA Adjustable Header Inflatable dock seal is the ideal solution for sealing door openings up to 8' wide X 11' high servicing truck/trailers of variable heights. The PSI-450 Rigid Inflatable dock shelter is the ideal choice to allow complete, unobstructed access to the rear of a truck/trailer for easier loading/unloading. The air bags of the PSI-450 inflate quickly to contact both the top and sides of the truck/trailer for the most effective seal. The inflatable air bags retract back behind the protective curtains when not in use. The unit is supplied complete with bottom pads and heavy-duty, structural steel protective guards.

Inflatable Rail Shelter - PSI-650

The PSI-650 inflatable rail shelter provides the most effective weather-protected passageway between a rail car and the loading dock. When activated, the PSI-650 inflates to contact the rail car to create and maintain a positive seal. This results in a reduction in heating/cooling costs, it protects products and increases safety. When not in use, the unit rests deflated against the building wall.
