Access Floors - ConCore Panels
ConCore® Raised Access Floor panels are epoxy coated utilised shells consisting of a flat steel top sheet welded to a formed steel bottom sheet filled with a highly controlled mixture of a lightweight cement infill. Manufactured to exacting tolerances, these non-combustible, rigid panels deliver the ultimate in strength, durability, and acoustic performance.
Access Floors - All Steel Raised Panels
All Steel Access Floor panels are epoxy coated unitized shells consisting of a flat steel top sheet welded to a formed steel bottom sheet. Manufactured to exacting tolerances, these non-combustible rigid, solid panels deliver the ultimate in strength and durability with the convenience of lightweight construction. All Steel Panels are engineered to meet Tate Standards per CISCA testing methods.
Access Floors - Composite Board Panels
Composite board panels offer the versatility to be used with factory laminated finishes and field applied Attiro freelay hardwood planks. Factory laminated options include linoleum, vinyl, rubber and hardwood. Tate's composite board panels are supported by heavy duty bolted stringer understructure and can accommodate floor heights as low as 4".

Classic Concrete Access Floor Panels
The STONEWORKS™ Classic Concrete access floor panel offers the ultimate combination of appearance and functionality. The concrete panel combines aesthetic and structural components into one complete integrated product, and is available with a brushed surface texture. The edge of the panel is factory laminated with a color matched plastic banding which creates a faux grout line and provides protection during removal. As the panel is made from natural products, moderate shade and color tone differences will occur and is the reason this product is assigned a V2 Variation Rating.
Decorative Concrete Access Floor Panels
STONEWORKS™ Decorative Concrete panels can transform your space with style, durability, and functionality. The Decorative Concrete panel combines aesthetic and structural components into one complete integrated product, and is available in multiple colors with a brushed surface texture. The edge of the panel is factory laminated with a color matched plastic banding which creates a faux grout line and provides protection during removal. As the panel is made from natural products, moderate shade and color tone differences will occur and is the reason this product is assigned a V2 Variation Rating.
Slate Access Floor Panels
STONEWORKS™ Slate panels combine aesthetic and structural components into one complete integrated product, and are available in either a Midnight or Limestone color option. The surface is precision molded to emulate the ridged texture of natural slate and capture its rustic appeal for your application. The edge of the panel is factory laminated with a color matched plastic banding which creates a faux grout line and provides protection during removal. As the panel is made from natural products, moderate shade and color tone differences will occur and is the reason this product is assigned a V2 Variation Rating.

Porcelain Access Floor Panels
Tate's line of laminated porcelain raised floor panels offer the ultimate combination of aesthetics and flexibility. With a variety of aesthetics and colors to choose from, these tiles can enhance the architectural form and space of a building. The porcelain panels come in two primary designs: One-Piece and Multi-Piece, and the factory laminated porcelain access floor panels come with an edge banding that produces clean even lines that appear more like grouted tiles.
Plank Wood Access Floor Panels
Tate's composite board panels are available with 5/32" (4mm) hardwood in plank strip design. The panel consists of 2-5/8" to 3" wide planks in multiple species. The surface of the hardwood is pre-finished at the factory with a lacquer finish that is easy to maintain. Available species are Cherry, Walnut, Oak, Beech and Ash.
Attiro Freelay Wood Access Floor Panels
Attiro combines all of the beauty of engineered wood with all of the ease of an access flooring system. Representing a radical departure from the alternative factory bonded systems, with a magnetized Attiro system you can create a traditional-style wooden floor without compromising access to the underfloor void.
LVT Access Floor Panels
Tate's composite board panels are available with .120" (3mm) Parteere Hardcore or Tandus Centiva Event Classic Stone or Contour Concrete LVT. The combination of the two lines include 44 colors ideal for any commercial interior with the aesthetic of natural materials and the versatility of luxury vinyl tile.
Vinyl Access Floor Panels
Tate's composite board panels are available with .080" (2mm) Tarkett iQ Optima or iQ Granit homogenous vinyl tile with a modern color scheme. The combination of the two lines include 189 design options with a matte finish. Tarkett homogenous vinyl includes a iQ PUR surface treatment that retains its superior wear, stain and abrasion resistance, and original beauty over time with nothing more than an occasional dry buff - no wax of finish needed.
Rubber Access Floor Panels
Tate's composite board panels are available with .08" (2mm) or .125" (3mm) Sentica or Environcare rubber by Nora. Nora Sentica has a palette of 38 rich shades and accents that allows you to set the perfect tone for every indoor environment.. Envirocare offers a tranquil selection of colors to compose a truly versatile and unique design for your facility. Nora rubber flooring requires no finishing, waxing or sealing. All nora floor coverings have a dense, nonporous and dirt-repellant surface - eliminating the need to use unfriendly, harsh cleaning chemicals. Refer to the manufacturer's maintenance instructions for additional information.
Linoleum Access Floor Panels
Tate's composite board panels are available with .100" (2.5mm) linoleum by Forbo in the Marmoleum Real, Fresco and Vivace series. Patterns range from marbled designs to concrete and stone designs in a variety of color schemes. Forbo's Marmoleum line includes Topshield2, a double UV cured finish that provides superior protection to the finish with no special initial maintenance requirements other than normal cleaning, and simple regular maintenance.
Carpet Access Floor Panels
Each PosiTile® carpet module is engineered to match one-to-one with Tate ConCore® and All Steel access floor panels. The combination of carpet and panel preserve the flexibility of the underfloor service distribution system and allow for the reuse of carpet tiles during layout changes.

Access Floors - Finishes
Tate offers a variety of laminates for use inside of data centers. High pressure laminates (HPL) and static control vinyl laminates are factory laminated to the access floor systems, reducing installation time and cost. HPL in data centers is the most common finish found on an access floor and complies with requirements for low static generation and retention and assures ease of maintenance.

Tate Airflow has a full line of directional and standard airflow panels to cater to all your data center cooling needs. Our range of cost-effective and energy-efficient airflow panels offer compelling returns on investment and lower operating costs in both new build and retrofit applications.
Airflow Controls
Delivering the right amount of airflow to the right place is a key component of an energy efficient data center. Tate had developed a wide range of automatic and manual dampers which adjust cooling to match variable heat loads. All of our dampers significantly reduce bypass air and improves PUE. Tate Airflow Controls can be used in both retrofit and new build applications.
Structural Ceilings
Structural ceilings are the ideal solution for any data center application where large heavy items need to be suspended within a building. Replacing custom-built on-site structural systems, such as Unistrut, with a Tate structural ceiling allows you to design and specify a support solution that is less expensive and faster to install.
Containment - Dual Sliding Door
Tate's Dual Sliding Doors are the ideal solution for both cold and hot aisle containment. Combining cost-effectiveness with ease of installation, the no threshold design eliminates tripping hazards. Frame components are pre-assembled and connect to the header rail to secure the assembly together. Integrated slide-locks simplify door installation onto the frame.
Containment - Single Sliding Door
This design choice helps facilitate data centers where obstructions may prevent the door from opening smoothly. The sliding door comes with pre-assembled panels and integrated door slide-locks which simplifies installation.
Containment - Single Hinged Door
Tate's single hinged door is the leading solution for aisle ends of hot and cold aisle containment configurations. The pre-assembled aluminum design with lift off hinges allows for quick and easy installation. With a standard right or left hinge option, the doors can also be custom built to suit your particular data center requirements. Viewing panels can designed with clear or multiwall polycarbonate.
Containment - Hard Partition
Tate's hard partition containment products are an exciting alternative to traditional soft partitions. Constructed of aluminum, with several finish options, the partitions can be customized to seal numerous gap sizes and areas. Designed to be used in either hot or cold aisles, hard partitions are custom sized for every job to ensure air leakage is minimized. Lightweight, cost effective and attractive looking, hard partitions come pre-assembled with supplied brackets for quick and easy installation.
Containment - Hard Roof
Tate's unique hard panel roof fully segregates hot and cold air, improving the cooling capacity of any data center. It attaches to the top of the rack and lies flat to avoid interference with other overhead obstructions and extrusions. Should a fire occur, the roof panels' drop away to allow overhead suppression systems to work within the aisle. Incorporating clear or black anodized aluminum tracks Tate's hard roof has been engineered to provide long lasting results.
Containment - Soft Partition
The unique connection design and overlapping curtains provide a seamless partition, resulting in an improved containment system. Increased flexibility, no tools required for installation, and a competitive price make these partitions the premier choice for hot and cold aisle applications.
Containment - Strip Door
Tate's strip doors close the end of aisles to fully separate hot and cold exhaust airflow. The overlapping vinyl design improves air sealing performance and minimizes leakage. Our strip doors have the exciting advantage of being able to be adjusted at any location using our unique Pivot and Grip installation method, saving both time and money. The strip doors can be assembled and installed without tools, making them extremely user friendly.
Accessories
Grommets are designed to virtually eliminate bypass airflow (air which is delivered into the data center and not consumed by the equipment and exhausted as waste heat), increase capacity, enable higher density, and dramatically lower energy consumption. We offer an entire range of grommets from raised floor to rack to aisle level. Existing facilities and data centre expansions will likewise benefit from the superior sealing ability of our gromments
