COOLWALL® SUPER-COTE™ FINISH
The COOLWALL® SUPER-COTE™ system is a superior heat reflective water based exterior coating. This highly breathable system has been formulated for superior salt spray, moisture, and mildew resistant properties. COOLWALL® WITH KYNAR® IR FINISH
The COOLWALL® with KYNAR® system is an infrared heat-reflective water based exterior coating that incorporates industry-leading KYNAR Aquatec™ technology. This highly breathable system has been formulated to have superior salt spray, moisture, mold, mildew, and dirt resistant properties. Unlike conventional paints that rely only on mildewcides that leach out over time, COOLWALL® with KYNAR® combines mildewcides with the mildew resistant properties that are inherent in the KYNAR® resin and will last the life of the coating. COOLWALL® with KYNAR® uses infrared heat reflective properties to provide cooler surface temperatures, enhanced durability, and superior fade resistance. REFLECT-TEC® is a high-performance roof and wall coating system formulated to withstand the harshest climates while offering high solar reflectivity and emissivity so that surfaces stay cooler. This water based Kynar Aquatec® / acrylic coating is breathable, yet offers superior resistance to UV, rain, wind, dirt, mold and mildew. REFLECTTEC® reduces the amount of heat transfer into buildings by reflecting away the sun's infrared energy. TEX-COTE® ELASTOMERIC ROOF COATINGS
TEX-COTE® Elastomeric Roof Coating is a high solids latex acrylic coating formulated to impart superior resistance to ponding water conditions. It has excellent adhesion to fresh urethane foam, galvanized metal, aluminum, concrete, cementitious and clay tile. Titanium dioxide and zinc oxide have been compounded into the fillers to insure protection from ultraviolet and infrared sun rays. For mildew protection, a nonmercurial system is included. Dry film permeability permits breathing of the membrane which allows moisture vapor pressure from the substrate to escape through the coating. TEX-COTE® Elastomeric Roof Coating has long-term durability and long lasting flexibility even at low temperatures. 100% water based.

TEX-COTE® CLEAR-GARD™ TWO COMPONENT URETHANE
TEX-COTE® CLEAR-GARD™ is an advanced, very low VOC water-based polyurethane coating system that provides superior performance and wear characteristics for previously coated surfaces that are prone to dirt pickup, chemical exposure, staining, or other high-traffic areas such as hand rails and doors. TEX-COTE® CLEAR-GARD™ combines the latest in water based polyurethane chemistry technology to provide a tough medium to high gloss finish surface for added beauty and protection. TEX-COTE® CLEAR-GARD™ is both aesthetically pleasing and functional, as it protects the surface, increasing the life of the underlying coating. TEX-COTE® CLEAR-GARD™ is designed to resist chipping, flaking and peeling, providing years of trouble-free service. TEX-COTE® CLEAR-GARD™ must be applied to previously coated surfaces and other manufacturer approved substrates. It can be applied as one coat, semi-gloss finish or two coat, high gloss finish resulting in a durable, virtually maintenance-free coating that protects as well as it looks. Caution should be used when walking on any coated surface when it gets wet.
TEX-COTE® CLEAR-SEAL™ ONE COMPONENT ACRYLIC
CLEAR-SEAL™ is a water-based, 100% acrylic, penetrating sealer designed to produce a clear surface film. It is manufactured from non-yellowing, advanced acrylic resins to form a durable finish that provides long-term water-repellency, increased dirt pick-up resistance and weather protection.. Available in Satin finish only. When a clear semi-gloss finish or enhanced chemical resistance is desired, TEX-COTE's CLEAR-GARD two component urethane product is recommended.

TEX-COTE® COLOR-COTE was developed as a superior coating to be compatible with and have excellent adhesion to the different types of TEX-COTE® Textured Coatings. TY-COTE CLEAR
TY-COTE CLEAR, an aliphatic polyurethane dispersion, acts as a Fill Coat for the substrate and maintains clarity of the substrate. TY-COTE CLEAR is the natural choice for a sealer for murals, natural stones, architectural block or brick, and other decorative surfaces that need protection from graffiti.

TY-COTE PIGMENTED protects old paint from solvents in the TEX-COTE® GRAFFITI GARD® IV FINISH COAT and can match customer's specified color. ( Must create a continuous pinhole free film. )

TEX-COTE® GRAFFITI-GARD® IV BIODEGRADABLE CLEANER is a proprietary, state-of-the-art, environmentally friendly, GREEN cleaner used to clean graffiti off surfaces that have been protected with TEX-COTE® GRAFFITI GARD® IV GLOSS and LOW LUSTER. GRAFFITI GARD IV BIODEGRADABLE CLEANER is a non-regulated, nearly 0 VOC ( <1 ) cleaner that effectively removes graffiti safely in a short period of time without pungent odors or fumes leaving the GRAFFITI GARD IV film intact to continue protecting against graffiti.

WASH-GUARD™ COOLWALL® SYSTEM
The WASH-GUARD™ COOLWALL® system is a waterborne, smooth finish high-performance coating system specifically designed to withstand the harsh conditions of commercial car-washes. This is a three-coat, high-build, concrete coating system offering the ultimate in protection from water, soaps, acids, alkali, oil, grease, and salt spray. The WASH-GUARD™ coating system uses the patented heat-reflective and fade resistant technology only offered through TEX-COTE®. The recommended sys-tem is comprised of WASH-GUARD™ CLASSIC or TEX-BOND™ PRIMER as the base-coat, WASH-GUARD™ COOLWALL® SUPER-COTE™ heat reflective finish as the intermediate coat, and WASH-GUARD™ CLEAR-GARD as the final coat.

WASH-GUARD™ Classic Primer is a multifunctional low VOC acrylic copolymer pigmented latex system. Rheology modifiers are used to provide nonsag, leveling and film build when freshly applied. This primer is formulated for surfaces where excessive amounts of alkali are present in the substrate.

WASH-GUARD™ Tex-Bond™ Primer is a water-based, ready-to-use prime specifically formulated to act as a bonding coat over difficult to adhere surfaces. TEX-TURA®

SKIM COTE
TEX-COTE® SKIM COTE is a trowel grade waterbased acrylic skim coat, used for filling block lines as well as a skim coat or block filler for a masonry wall. The product can be troweled in place and coated with TEX-COTE® water based products (such as TEX-STOP®, Classic or Textured Primer) within 2 - 3 days. XL 70™ can be applied after the SKIM COTE has cured, typically 10 to 14 days.
