Narrow Stile Entrances

Our Narrow Stile Doors are designed for light to medium use in commercial and retail applications. Standard doors have exterior installation of glass or panels, with 2-1/8" width stiles and top rails, and the option of 4", 7-1/2" or 10" bottom rails for ADA compliance. The smooth design of Tubelite's door hardware features a convenient pull handle and push bar with lock location 36" above the finished floor. Stock doors and frames are anodized with clear or dark bronze finishes, and readily available for quick delivery.

Medium Stile Entrances

Our Standard Medium Entrances are designed for moderate to heavy use in commercial applications. Standard Medium Stile has 4" vertical stiles and top rail, and 6-1/2" bottom rail - optional up to 10" for ADA compliance. The smooth design of Tubelite's door hardware features a convenient pull handle and push bar with lock location 36" above the finished floor.

Wide Stile Entrances

When you need to create a dramatic point of entry, or match the architectural detail of a great design. Tubelite craftsmen can produce Narrow, Medium or Wide Stile doors built and finished to your specifications.

The strength and flexibility of steel tie-rod construction is what holds it all together and makes our doors endure. Tie-rod assembly is as durable as welded corner construction, but superior in many ways. Tubelite doors can be modified, disassembled or resized right in the field. No other door offers you this much strength and flexibility.

Monumental Doors

Designed to withstand heavy use in high-traffic areas, Tubelite Monumental Doors feature a section depth of 2" and minimum wall thickness of 3/16", increased at critical points to 1/4" for added strength. Doors stiles are available in Narrow Stile 3", Medium Stile.

Therml=Block Entrances

Tubelite Thermal Entrances are designed using the same durable components as our Standard Entrances for outstanding craftsmanship and strength, with the additional benefit of maximum insulating properties. The Medium Stile Door has a face dimension of 4" and is designed for typical commercial use with a greater variety of hardware options. Bottom rail height is 10'" for accessibility requirements. Snap-in glass stops provide for 1" glazing thicknesses.

Tubelite® ForceFront Storm Monumental Wide Stile entrance doors are designed for compliance with ASTM, GSA ISC and DoD requirements for charge weight and standoff. They have also passed the forced entry test (AAMA 1304-02). These 6" Wide Stile doors are glazed with 1-1/16'" thick laminated insulated glass and are wet glazed on the interior side. Transom glass in all door frames are wet glazed. Door frames are non-thermal, and are available with options for heavy-wall extrusions and steel reinforcing where required. Thresholds are equipped with bulb weatherseal gaskets and are ADA accessible. Hinging hardware options include heavy duty morised butts and continuous gear hinges. Glass Stops

The following glass stops can be snap-fit with any dovetail extrusion in the product lines for doors, door frames and storefront framing. There are also options for screw-applied glass stops that can be used on any smooth face extrusion. They are finished with the same anodized or painted colors as the door and storefronts, and can accommodate a wide selection of glass thicknesses.

Windows - 3700 Series

Let fresh air into the building through a storefront or curtainwall. 3700 Series windows can be easily incorporated with Tubelite's other framing systems. Special glazing pocket adapters make installation a breeze.

These CW rated windows have a frame depth of 2" with a maximum size of 3'0" x 5'0" and mitred corners epoxied and crimped on an "L" shaped clip.

Standard and concealed project-out vent design, and casement options are available. The concealed vent design is virtually invisible from the outside of the building, with no visible frame. Screens are also available with frames finished to match the window.

Storefront Framing - 4500 Series

Our 4500 Series Storefront framing is ideal for a wide variety of interior or low-rise exterior applications. Profiles of 1-3/4" x 4-1/2" are designed for 1/4" to 3/8" exterior glazing, and can be assembled by screw spline or clip joinery. The roll-in gasket is easy to install at the interior and exterior of the glass. The 1-3/4" framing is compatible with Tubelite Narrow, Medium and Wide Stile Doors.

Interior Flush Glaze Framing - INT45

INT45 Interior Flush Glaze Framing allows easy incorporation of standard aluminum storefront with metal stud and drywall systems commonly used in commercial office and retail space. Multiple adapters are available in configurations for installing the aluminum frames either before or after the drywall, completely covering the end of the stud wall. Installation is simple and fast with perimeter trim members that are pre applied on one side of the frame opening.

Multiplane Storefront Framing - 14000 I/O Series

The I/O means more design options!

Glass or panels can be positioned to the inboard (I) or outboard (O) side of the 4-1/2" depth frame to achieve the look you imagine. Typical glass thickness is 1", and can be installed from the outside or inside of the building. Special glazing pocket reducers allow the use of 1/4" infill thicknesses too.

14000 I/O Series thermal barrier insulates exterior surfaces from the interior to minimize temperature transfer. This provides industry accepted performance for CRF (condensation resistance) and Uc (conduction).

Using the same design, assembly, and accessories as the 14000 center glazed system allows combining inboard, outboard and center planes of glass in the same elevation, with the same great performance.

Storefront Framing - 14000 Series

For optimal strength and thermal performance, use Tubelite's 14000 Series Storefront, a flush glazed system for use on storefront and low-rise applications. Framing is available in standard thermally-improved or non-thermal members with 2" x 4-1/2" profiles, and a 1/2" bite for use with glass or panels up to 1" thick. Extra-heavy intermediate verticals are available for high performance against strong windloads.

Reduce project labor costs with the flexibility of inside or outside glazing. Members can be assembled using screw spline or clip joinery, and framing is compatible with Tubelite Narrow, Medium and Wide Stile Doors.

Our 14000 Series Storefront products are subjected to thorough testing by an independent laboratory, ensuring that you get the highest quality storefront framing products that the industry has to offer.

Storefront Framing - T24650/E24650 Series

A new look for a timeless design. T24650 Series Storefront Framing has the same design, assembly and accessories as the 14000 center glazed system''s 2" face with a 6 1/2"depth. This additional 2" depth on the interior side of the frame provides greater structural properties and allows taller first floor openings. The wider profile also cuts a distinctive image for a storefront that stands out from the crowd.

T24650 Series provides industry-accepted performance for CRF (condensation resistance) and Uc (conduction), using the same thermal barrier as the 14000 and 14000 I/O systems.

Storefront Framing - VersaTherm™

VersaTherm™ is our most versatile and economical framing system. The flexible design allows for on-site fabrication in applications ranging from punched openings to mall fronts. VersaTherm is available in a large selection of profiles. Snap-on covers and backmembers, available in a variety of colors, allow for contrasting interior and exterior finishes. Silicone glazed verticals can be selected to provide a sleek uninterrupted glass surface at the exterior. Finish options and glass positioning from frame exterior to center meet a wide range of aesthetic requirements.

Snap-on covers and back members are "locked" together by a unique thermal barrier clip. This clip ensures that interior and exterior metal members remain separate while firmly connected, virtually eliminating the transference of frost and condensation. High performance verticals, and compatibility with Tubelite Stock Doors create a complete and truly versatile system.

Therml=Block Storefront Framing - TU24650

Tubelite's dual thermally broken storefront line has been expanded and enhanced with the addition of TU24650 Series 2'" x 6 1/2'".

The dual thermal break decreases U-Factors by 36% and increases CRF by 30% over a single P&D pocket when using the same size and type of insulated glass. Azon''s Lancer® mechanical lock provides long-term resistance to shrinkage of the polyurethane barrier. The glass pane matches that of our 4 1/2" system depth for a pleasing reveal on the exterior and interior sides of the frame. Seven anodized finishes and 20 standard paint color are available on this storefront framing system to complement any project with warranteed protection, as well as street appeal.

Tubelite E44000 Series Framing is a 2 1/2" x 5" flush-glazed storefront system for use on first floor, single-span applications in Impact building code areas. This impact resistant screw-spline framing is designed to be glazed with 9/16" laminated glass positioned in the center of the frame. E44000 meets the requirements of HVHZ Wind Zone 4 - large missile impact (ASTM E1886-05/1996-09 TAS 201).

Forcefront Medium Stile Entrance Doors complement the E44000 storefront system providing a complete impact-resistant system that''s easy to fabricate and install. These doors meet the requirements of Wind Zone 3 - large missile impact (ASTM E1886- 05/1996-09) and passed the forced entry test (AAMA 1304-02).

E44000 is available with Tubelite's high recycled aluminum content, and both the storefront and doors with the environmentally friendly anodizing and painting of Linetec.

The 200 series is an economical curtainwall system with a wide range of low- to mid-rise applications including atriums and clerestory. This exterior glazed pressure bar system with 2" face dimension is ideal for curving and compatible with all Tubelite entrances.

Curtainwall - 300ES

Tubelite 300ES Series Curtainwall Framing is designed for superior thermal performance using Therml=Block insulbar technology. Thermal construction (Uc) is reduced to 0.46 and Condensation Resistance (CRF) is increased to 72.

Tubelite - Dependable 1" thick insulating glass can be installed from the building interior or exterior..

Separate interior and exterior frame members allow different finishes on each.

The exterior face has a 2-1/4" sightline. Overall system depth is 6". 300ES is ideal for curtainwall applications up to 4 stories tall and offered reduced field installation time and expense.

Designed for low- and mid-rise applications, the durable framework of the 400 Series provides exceptional structural performance reducing the need for steel reinforcing. This system has a sightline of 2-1/2" and the strength of variable-depth backmembers from 4"to 7". An exterior screw-applied pressure bar secures the glass.

Snap-on covers, available in a wide range of colors, allow for different finishes on interior and exterior exposed surfaces. Silicone glazed verticals are available for a seamless appearance.

Curtainwall - 400SS (Screw Spline)

Tubelite 400SS Screw Spline Curtainwall is an exterior glazed, thermally improved pressure wall system. This gasket glazed, weeped system will accept infill material up to 1" thick, positioned at the frame exterior for a minimum of metal exposure. A screw applied pressure plate secures the infill material and snap fits with a cover plate to conceal fasteners and allow for two color installations. Open-back jambs and 2-piece intermediate verticals allow screw spline joints. This reduces the need for shear blocks, fabrication time and installation labor costs.

400SS Curtainwall has a 2-1/2" sight-line and is available in variable depth from 5-7/8" to 13-1/4" through face cover / backmember combinations. It is recommended for use on low to medium rise structures.

Thermal Ribbon Window - 900RW

Tubelite's 900RW Series offers solutions for between slab strip window applications. The 2-1/4" wide system is available in 4-1/2" and 6" depths. Glazing options include all captured, silicone glazed verticals, and exterior glazing for spandrel areas.

Optional integrated slab edge finishes off the building's exterior, and head and sill starters enable complete installation from the inside of the building. The single or dual thermal break option help ensure project energy compliance at the best value.

Light Shelves - aLuminate™

aLuminate™ light shelves are designed for use with most Tubelite storefront and curtainwall framing systems, as well as many other aluminum framing systems.

The patent-pending design effectively increases the amount of natural daylight reaching deeper into occupied areas, which reduces the need for artificial light.

A unique, easy-to-install in-rigger bracket fastens at the interior vertical, and allows horizontal spans of up to 10 feet.

Curved reflectors can be painted bright white for maximum reflectivity and diffusion of sunlight.
