McGuire also provides complete loading dock solutions, including vertical storing levelers, truck restraints, truck levelers, bascule bridges, dock seals and shelters, dock lights, overhead door operators, communication packages, control panels, safety barriers, and maintenance/service packages. McGuire loading dock equipment also utilizes IoT technology to connect to the cloud with iDock, a complete package of advanced dock controls and web-based software to monitor dock activity and analytics online.
McGuire currently manufactures and ships standard hydraulic and mechanical pit style dock levelers and edge of docks from Malvern, AR, vehicle restraints and specialty products from Germantown, WI, and all seals and shelters from Upper Sandusky, OH. Hydraulic Dock Leveler - VSH Vertical Leveler
This vertical storing leveler has a smooth hydraulic operation and offers unique benefits, such as unmatched environmental control for temperature sensitive applications. The VSH provides the ability for the dock door to seal along the concrete floor, creating a cleaner and more energy-efficient environment in the warehouse. The VSH can be installed in either a single pre-formed pit or a longer shelf style pit for multiple units.

Air Powered Levelers - CentraAir® Series
The CentraAir® Series is designed to incorporate the use of common plant air combined with an industrial automotive grade air bellows system to raise and lower the platform. The CentraAir offers a practical alternative to achieve easy push button smooth, consistent operation, it can also be manually activated via a lanyard control located at the back of the leveler. Ease of clean out and servicing are features of all McGuire levelers.

HED Edge-of-Dock Leveler
Edge of Dock levelers are a cost effective alternative to pit style levelers. The HED is hydraulically operated with a single push button control. It has a quiet dependable operation via a two-cylinder design with deck and lip cylinders. The HED provides a recommended working range of +/-3", with maximum operating range of +/-5" above and below dock level.
MEDLF Mechanical Edge-of-Dock Leveler
For the lowest upfront costs, look to this mechanically operated Edge of Dock leveler. The MEDLF is a lighter duty leveler normally mounted to the face of the dock and is meant for a captive fleet of trucks with a similar bed height. Operation is a two-step process with a "lift free" handle to place the unit in the trailer.

Automatic Vehicle Restraint - TPR UniLock™
The TPR UniLock™ is the only trailer-postioned vehicle restraint that can automatically remove "RIG Wedge" pressure. RIG Wedge is caused when the trailer is pushed forward during loading/unloading and the trailer's Rear Impact Guard (RIG) applies so much pressure to the restraint's hook that the truck driver must reverse the trailer in order to release the restraint. The UniLock has an advanced cam design that first rotates the hook away from the RIG to remove the pressure, and then rotates down to a stored position.
Automatic Vehicle Restraints - TPR® Series
The TPR® truck positioned vehicle restraint is designed to automatically position itself and secure a trailer's rear impact guard (RIG) to reduce the likelihood of premature trailer separation during the loading/ unloading process. The TPR is designed to withstand a pulling force in excess of 35,000 lbs, and has a service range of 4" to 10" horizontally from the face of the dock bumpers and 9" to 27" vertically above drive approach. The integral motor, gear and brake assembly is specifically designed for the TPR. The TPR vehicle restraint is highly adaptable to new or existing loading docks.
Automatic Vehicle Restraints - PowerStop® SERIES
Push button activation (115V/1PH) with unique dual locking restraint arm to minimize "trailer creep". Low profile, non-impact design for wall or driveway mount. Remote power pack easily allows interior mount for ease of service. Override selector switch, automatic light sequencing and available interlock terminals all designed with safety in mind. Comes with protective debris guard and powder coat finish. Meets all current NHTSA regulations.
Manual Vehicle Restraints - PowerStop® SERIES
Manually activated restraint with same dual locking restraint arm to minimize "trailer creep", same low profile non-impact design for wall and driveway mount and same protective debris guard and powder coat finish as the automatic version. Optional light communication version for safe dependable communication can operate light change either manually or automatically. Meets all current NHTSA regulations.

iDock™ Controls
Reliable loading dock levelers and vehicle restraints from McGuire can now be equipped with iDock™ Controls. These technologically advanced controls provide an efficient interface with membrane dome button technology for ease of use and an interactive message display for valuable equipment usage, instructions, notifications and other information. iDock Controls also have a 3-color light communication combined into one large LED light assembly to clearly indicate the conditions of the dock.
Once installed, connect these controls to the cloud with iDock Connect, a web-based software for loading dock analytics. Monitor dock activity online and receive text/email alerts of various events that occur at the docks.

Foam Dock Seal with Fixed Head Pad - TS101 SERIES
Tightest possible seal between interior & exterior environments for high volume traffic with consistent trailer width & height. This three sided seal is still the leading cost effective means to seal a dock door opening. A wide selection of highly durable fabrics and additional wear surfaces are available to maximize durability. Foam Dock Seal with Curtain Head - TS103 SERIES
Most effective means to accommodate high volume traffic with differing trailer heights. Two high quality side pads combine with full width curtain to seal a variety of trailers. Flexible Steel Frame - TC300 Series
The TC 300 series flexible steel frame dock shelter services a wide variety of vehicle sizes and types, while providing full unimpeded access to the interior of the trailer. The flexible steel X arm frame yields to misguided vehicles and aids in the prevention of costly building and shelter damage. If an off-center trailer contacts the frame it moves upwards and back to prevent potential damage to the wall and/or shelter. After the vehicle leaves the X arm design returns the frame to its original position.
Soft Sided Shelter - TC900 Series
The TC 900 series soft sided dock shelter services a wide variety of vehicle sizes and types, while providing full unimpeded access to the interior of the trailer. It has durable foam side frames that are mounted to double kiln dried lumber at the wall with removable side curtains attached to high impact polypropylene on inside of foam pads at the face. The TC900 series shelter comes standard with a structurally self-supported head canopy that is translucent and raked for drainage.
Rigid Frame Dock Shelter - TC400 SERIES
Best way to accommodate the widest variety of high volume traffic with varying widths and heights. Durable rigid frame of double kiln dried pressure treated lumber or steel tube framing with raked header to promote drainage and designed for ease of drainage off header panel with translucent head & side panels. Flexible side and head panels provide full unimpeded access to back of trailer. Two steel protectors and bottom draft pads are standard.
Weather Sentry™ Shelter System - TC1000 SERIES
This rain diverting system is the ultimate answer to water infiltration at the dock. Either as a stand alone or retrofit it tightly seals the entire trailer roof to block out water and provide access to full trailer height.
