The shock will not harm birds, but will condition them to stay away from the area, making Bird Jolt Flat Track the ultimate in bird behavior modification.
Bird Jolt Flat Track is the only electric track bird deterrent system with patented anti-arcing and glue trough designs and is the safest most effective electric track available. Bird Jolt Flat Track is manufactured in the USA by Bird-B-Gone, Inc.
Proven effective in dispersing pest birds where other methods of bird control may be ineffective or impractical, Bird B Gone bird-hazing units efficiently deploy a light fog or haze of bird repellent made with Methyl Anthranilate (a non-toxic, food-grade ingredient). The active ingredient irritates a bird's mucous membranes. Birds find the sensation unpleasant and will subsequently avoid the area. The effect is temporary and will not harm the birds.
Ideal for wide open areas where birds are a nuisance, bird fogging is recommended for use against flocks of birds that gather and loiter in parks, golf courses, memorial parks and other large open spaces. The fog is created using either a stationary or hand-held fogging unit. The units generate an aerosol of methyl anthranilate to produce a "wet fog" that will not penetrate shrubs. Fogging is best used in open areas where birds fly through or graze in. Fogging should be repeated as often as necessary to keep birds away.
