EverGuard® pourable sealer pockets are molded from a proprietary PVC formulation engineered to work with EverGuard® PVC single-ply membranes. They eliminate the need for contractors to fabricate a pitch pocket in the field.

A one-part, moisture-cure, self-leveling sealant designed for use in pitch pans on single-ply roof systems. Since moisture-cure sealants cure with moisture in the air, it is suitable for application in damp and cold climates, as well as in dry. EverGuard® One-Part Pourable Sealant is solvent free (less than 25 g/L VOC), contains no isocyanates, and because it is 100% solids, will not shrink upon curing. It is self-leveling, leaving a smooth, professional finished look with good color stability. It does not “outgas" or bubble on damp surfaces as urethane sealants often do.

EverGuard® One-Part Pourable Sealant is elastomeric and has excellent adhesion to most construction materials, has a 20-minute skin-over time, and is paintable within 24 hours. It has a low durometer, which accommodates greater movement in penetration seals than typical urethane sealants. No special tools or mixing is required and can be applied at temperatures as low as 30°F (-1°C).

A one-part, butyl-based high-viscosity sealant, suitable for sealing between flashing membrane and substrate surfaces, behind exposed termination bars, and between roofing membrane and drain flanges.

StormSafe™ Anchor Sheet's woven fabric creates a tough, durable reinforcement and its polypropylene coating makes it suitable for many applications. 

StormSafe™ Anchor Sheet is alkaline resistant, making it suitable for use over lightweight insulating concrete systems. The tough woven fabric makes it extremely tear resistant. In addition, the polypropylene coating ensures a good bond with both the butyl-adhesive of Freedom™ membranes and the SBS modified adhesive of LIBERTY™ SA Base/Ply and LIBERTY™ Cap membranes.  

A unique, patent-pending, fire-resistant slip sheet for installation within roofing assemblies where an increased fire rating is desired. It delivers superior protection against flame penetration and, in some cases, flame spread when installed in accordance with GAF Roofing System Specifications. It offers the highest fire ratings. One layer of VersaShield® Solo™ Fire-Resistant Slip Sheet qualifies for UL Class A Fire Ratings over combustible decks with no incline limitations. GAF SA Vapor Retarder is an SBS-modified bitumen vapor retarder for use in approved GAF roof assemblies. GAF SA Vapor Retarder is composed of a proprietary formulation of elastomeric styrene-butadiene-styrene (SBS) polymer modified bitumen in combination with a high tack self-adhesive. The topside is surfaced with high-strength tri-laminate polyethylene film and the underside is surfaced with protective polyolefin release film that is removed during application.

GAF Premium Acrylic HydroStop® Top Coat can be used in a variety of substrates to help provide protection against damage from exposure to UV and weather elements.  Used in conjunction with HydroStop®  Base Coat and Premium Fabric, it creates the GAF Premium Acrylic HydroStop® System, a liquid-applied membrane for recover, reroof, and, new roof applications.

An acrylic polymer dispersion system that is designed to achieve high film thickness in just one coat. GAF I.S. Acrylic Top Coat is a water-borne acrylic polymer dispersion system that is designed to rapidly form a film that resists rainwater wash-off.  Because I.S. A VOC-compliant, solvent-based thermoplastic liquid to be applied to new or aged TPO membranes. TPO Red Primer is slightly tinted to distinguish primed areas on bright white TPO membranes. It is VOC compliant and easy to install; it rolls on with a foam roller and dries quickly. Application of coating or sealant can begin as soon as the primer has dried completely.

A single-component epoxy primer/sealer designed to penetrate and seal porous substrates. Epoxy Primer is designed to penetrate and seal porous substrates and to improve the adhesion of high-performance top coats.
