EverGuard® One‑Part Pourable Sealant
A one-part, moisture-cure, self-leveling sealant designed for use in pitch pans on single-ply roof systems. Since moisture-cure sealants cure with moisture in the air, it is suitable for application in damp and cold climates, as well as in dry. EverGuard® One-Part Pourable Sealant is solvent free (less than 25 g/L VOC), contains no isocyanates, and because it is 100% solids, will not shrink upon curing. It is self-leveling, leaving a smooth, professional finished look with good color stability. It does not “outgas" or bubble on damp surfaces as urethane sealants often do.
EverGuard® One-Part Pourable Sealant is elastomeric and has excellent adhesion to most construction materials, has a 20-minute skin-over time, and is paintable within 24 hours. It has a low durometer, which accommodates greater movement in penetration seals than typical urethane sealants. No special tools or mixing is required and can be applied at temperatures as low as 30°F (-1°C).

GAF SA Vapor Retarder
GAF SA Vapor Retarder is an SBS-modified bitumen vapor retarder for use in approved GAF roof assemblies.
GAF SA Vapor Retarder is composed of a proprietary formulation of elastomeric styrene-butadiene-styrene (SBS) polymer modified bitumen in combination with a high tack self-adhesive. The topside is surfaced with high-strength tri-laminate polyethylene film and the underside is surfaced with protective polyolefin release film that is removed during application.

EverGuard® One-Part Pourable Sealant is solvent free (less than 25 g/L VOC), contains no isocyanates, and because it is 100% solids, will not shrink upon curing. GAF SA Vapor Retarder
GAF SA Vapor Retarder is an SBS-modified bitumen vapor retarder for use in approved GAF roof assemblies. GAF SA Vapor Retarder is composed of a proprietary formulation of elastomeric styrene-butadiene-styrene (SBS) polymer modified bitumen in combination with a high tack self-adhesive. The topside is surfaced with high-strength tri-laminate polyethylene film and the underside is surfaced with protective polyolefin release film that is removed during application.

GAF TPO Red Primer
A VOC-compliant, solvent-based thermoplastic liquid to be applied to new or aged TPO membranes. TPO Red Primer is slightly tinted to distinguish primed areas on bright white TPO membranes. It is VOC compliant and easy to install; it rolls on with a foam roller and dries quickly. Application of coating or sealant can begin as soon as the primer has dried completely.
GAF Epoxy Primer
A single-component epoxy primer/sealer designed to penetrate and seal porous substrates. OlyBond500™ Insulation Adhesive
OlyBond500® Insulation Adhesive is a two-component, low-rise foam adhesive used to adhere a variety of board stocks to most roof substrates or other insulation boards. Available in 5-gallon bag-in-a-box using either the PaceCart 2® or PaceCart 3®, as well as for large applications; in 15-gallon drums with PaceCart 3® along with conversion kit and 50-gallon drums for use with the PaceCart 3®.
OlyBond500™ SpotShot
The OlyBond500™ SpotShot (28-oz. tubes) is a two-component polyurethane low-rise foam adhesive used to adhere a variety of board stocks to most roof substrates or other insulation boards. The tube set comes in disposable cartridges to be used with the Spot Shot Application Gun. Also available in a Winter Grade.

MATRIX™ 307 Premium Asphalt Primer
MATRIX™ 307 Premium Asphalt Primer is a general purpose, asbestos-free foundation coating for all types of asphalt-based roofing materials, e.g., hot-mopped or cold-applied asphalt coatings, roof cements, and asphalt-based roof and flooring adhesives. MATRIX™ 307 has an excellent penetration rate that promotes a tough bond for coating and adhesives while providing strength and flexibility to accommodate temperature-related expansion and contraction of the roof system. M‑Thane™ One‑Part Pourable Sealant
M-Thane™ One-Part Pourable Sealant is a moisture cure, self-leveling sealant that is suitable for application in damp and cold climates, as well as dry climates. M-Thane™ One-Part is solvent-free, contains no isocyanates, and will not shrink upon curing. It does not “outgas" or bubble on damp surfaces as urethane sealants can do. M-Thane™ One-Part is elastomeric and has excellent adhesion to most construction materials.
