The Blue Giant XDS2000 prevents forklift roll-off and overhead door damage at the loading dock. When introduced to the market in 2000, it was the only two-in-one combination of dock leveler and safety guard, and it remains at the forefront of dock safety technology today.
XDS2000 - Available in rated capacities of 30,000 to 80,000lbs (13,636 to 36,364kgs). The Blue Giant XDS2000 prevents forklift roll-off and overhead door damage at the loading dock.

Vehicle Restraints
ANSI MH30.3 tested and approved, the StrongArm™ SVR303 is a low-profile, non-impact design with a rotating arm that seeks a trailer's ICC bar via a patented, switchless technology.
Once engaged, it uses 35,000lbs (15,909kgs) of restraining force to secure the truck to the dock. Dual-acting hydraulic cylinders prevent lock-up and release problems.
The Intelligent Positioning System (IPS) constantly communicates the location of the restraint arm via a network that enables the integrated lights communication system to accurately display safety conditions at the loading dock.
The Blue Giant StrongArm™ TL85 hydraulic vehicle restraint keeps dock operations safe and secure during loading and unloading.
Trucks and trailers are held firmly in place by a high-visibility barrier-style restraint arm, and a restraining force of 32,000lbs (14,545kgs) prevents accidental separation from the loading dock during the cargo handling process.
The TL85 may be left engaged overnight to deter trailer theft.
Blue Giant wheel chocking systems are an effective way to achieve safety at the loading dock. Not all vehicles are equipped with an ICC bar, or the ICC bar may be damaged, and a vehicle restraint will not suffice in this application. Blue Giant wheel chocking systems secure the trailer and communicate with internal personnel that the trailer is chocked correctly and safe for loading and unloading. All from a single control station operation.

Dock Seals and Shelters
Designed to suit door openings from 8' W x 10' H (2,438 mm x 3,048 mm) to 9' W x 10' H (2,743 mm x 3,048 mm), the Head Curtain Dock Seal is designed to securely seal higher door openings.The header curtain has a built-in rope and pulley system that can be raised and lowered to match varying trailer heights, keeping outdoor contaminants out and conditioned air in.

Generally designed to accommodate 10' wide by 10.5' high (3,048 mm x 3,200 mm) door openings, the HingeMaster™ is a full-access dock shelter with superior sealing efficiency. When barn-style trailer doors are open, the hinge gap around the sides creates the spatial equivalent of a 2 1/2 square foot opening in the building wall. The HingeMaster™ J-hooks seal off this negative space,preventing debris entry and loss of conditioned air. The result is a tight top-to-bottom side seal that does not limit access to the trailer interior.

The Blue Giant Rain Shroud can be retrofitted to your existing unit to keep rain water out of the loading dock area. A foam wiper blade design creates a tight seal against the top of the trailer to keep rain water out of the loading dock area.
