How It's Made
Roseburg Duramine® Thermally Fused Laminate panels consist of resin-saturated decorative papers thermally fused under heat and pressure to a substrate of Roseburg SkyBlend® or UltraBlend particleboard, SkyPly® hardwood plywood or medium density fiberboard (MDF).

Roseburg's Cambium Deep Texture is a fresh take on TFL panel texture that adds tactile realism and a light-catching element that is growing in popularity for both commercial and residential applications. Part of the Relevance Collection and Linea designs, the Cambium texture is available in ten designs, including neutral and warm colors that complement a wide palette of hues and patterns.


Roseburg is offering Cambium TFL through a stocking program that is the first of its kind in the industry. The turnaround is very quick (shipping in 48 working hours) along ESP Level 1 guidelines with the opportunity for the distributor to fill the rest of the truck load with commodities - perfect for the small job requiring a panel that is outside the normal distributor stocking inventory.

This year, Roseburg came up with a new approach to TFL design. We looked at broader design trends in decorative panels. Then we carefully selected designs that would be relevant to those trends across commercial and residential markets. The result is the Duramine Relevance Collection ™ Four designs with broad appeal that bridge the gap between modern and conservative.


Southern Cattails
Taking advantage of the growing walnut trend, this design uses a subtle linear pattern that works well at large scales, and blurs the lines between modern and exotic.


Ruby Beach
Based on quarter-sawn white oak, this design is a complex gray with a mix of warm and cool colors for balance. A universal design, Ruby Beach works well with a wide range of complementary colors.


Calm Horizon

A complex neutral inspired by cathedral-cut ash, this design is a strong design for residential, retail, and hospitality. Calm Horizon is a very rustic design, evoking images of a vintage beach house at dusk.


Sand Shoal
A reconstituted veneer structure in a taupe gray, this design is highly consistent and has no true grain pattern. It's designed to be a volume workhorse in offices and kitchens.

UltraFinish complements our line of Roseburg Duramine® and are perfect for drawer bottoms, cabinet backs or any other application in which thermally fused laminate is not required.
