Heatlok HFO Pro, with an R-value of 7.4 at 1 inch, is designed as a continuous insulation solution with an ultra-low global warming potential blowing agent. Tested and certified as an air, thermal, water, and vapor barrier.

Engineered with the environment in mind, high-yield Heatlok® XT incorporates >20% recycled plastic and renewable oils to create a high performing, closed-cell spray foam insulation. Heatlok can be used in commercial and residential construction, on the interior and exterior, to create a specially engineered building envelope providing an air barrier, vapor barrier, insulation, and drain plane in one application. Heatlok is designed to exceed future sustainability goals by giving building professionals an opportunity to gain up to 10 LEED points, while also providing a low flame spread (per ASTM E-84).
Easy Installation, Long-term Efficiency
This environmentally conscious insulation delivers superior performance and value. Its unique formula and seamless installation provide an efficient, building envelope that maximizes energy savings. Sealection 500 is a spray-applied insulation, which once applied, expands in place, without CFCs, HCFCs, or ozone-depleting chemicals. Unlike traditional fiberglass insulation, Sealection 500 will maintain its performance; time and temperature have no effect on the spray foam insulation's R-value of 3.81 at 1 inch. The product retains its shape over time, and doesn't settle or compact.
A New Standard for Fire Safety - Meet the next generation of open-cell spray foam. Demilec APX 1.2 exceeds the stringent fire-test requirements from the International Building Code. No ignition barrier needed in attics and crawl spaces. Demilec APX has an R-value of 3.7 at 1 inch. In case of a fire, once the flame is removed, the insulation will not propagate a flame. This superior fire performance eliminates the need for additional protective materials and provides a new standard for fire safety.
Innovative Technology Promoting a Green Future
Agribalance merges our high-performing, open-cell spray foam insulation with natural, renewable oils. This high R-value of 4.45 at 1 inch, insulation expands to seal cracks, gaps, and voids in attics, walls, crawl spaces, and ceilings. Agribalance improves energy efficiency by reducing air leakage and controlling moisture intrusion and outside contaminants such as dust, dirt and allergens. Agribalance is used in order to maximize R value in a confined cavity when compared to other open cell materials.
Seal Every Crack and Crevice in Existing Walls
Sealection® Pour-In-Place (PIP) is a slow rising, one-half pound density, open-cell foam insulation product used for insulating existing walls, ceilings, and floor components. This chemical formulation has an R-value of 3.43 at 1 inch, and is specifically designed to be injected through a series of holes drilled in walls and ceiling surfaces without causing damage to the surface anchoring system. Injection applications may occur on the exterior or interior of wall systems, and the procedure is very similar regardless of which side of the wall the application occurs. Sealection PIP is injected as a liquid which flows through the cavity and slowly expands in place; therefore it can be a very effective option for existing wall applications.
One Source for a Complete Air Barrier System
Heatlok ABS is a self-adhered air/vapor barrier membrane for walls composed of SBS modified bitumen and a tri-laminate woven polyethylene facer. It is also used as masonry and through-wall flashing membrane as well as waterproofing membrane at openings and transitions. Demilec provides Heatlok ABS membranes that perfectly match with multiple Heatlok spray foam insulations to give you a single source for insulation and air barrier materials.
Non-Toxic Fire Protective Coatings over Spray Foam Insulation
Intumescent coatings are non-flammable paint, which starve a fire of oxygen from reaching the spray foam insulation. Intumescent coatings are non-toxic, drain-safe, non-fuming coatings designed to be used in walls, attics, and crawlspaces with Demilec's various spray foam insulation products. Demilec has completed NFPA 286 testing with Blazelok TBX and has been approved as an interior finish system in accordance with the IRC and IBC, and omits the code's prescriptive thermal barrier requirement. In addition, our intumescent coatings meet LEED, AQMD, and EPA VOC requirements.
is a family of polyurea membranes that are exceptionally tough and flexible, resist thermal stresses to compensate for substrate cracking or movement, and provide impact resistance. These membranes are spray-applied plastic coatings that bridge gaps, seams and joints, even in low temperatures. These rapidly curing products are 100% solid, VOC-free and can follow any contour to provide a monolithic containment barrier. An aliphatic polyurea topcoat is recommended for UV stability to counter minor color changes or superficial oxidation. Standard colors can be achieved with factory added pigments and dyes.
