KEMIKO® COLOR ENHANCING ACRYLIC CONCRETE SEALER is a solvent base, single component, deep penetrating sealer. This interior/exterior "wet look" sealer boosts color, is non-yellowing and hot tire resistant. Color Enhancing Acrylic Concrete Sealer is formulated to provide resistance against staining, weathering and UV light. It seals and protects Kemiko Stone Tone Stained concrete and other cementitious substrates, including decorative and architectural surfaces, while allowing the substrate to breathe. KEMIKO® STONE TONE SEALER II is a water base, single component, acrylic sealer. This interior/exterior non yellowing concrete sealer is low VOC and very user friendly to apply. Stone Tone Sealer II is formulated to provide resistance against staining, water penetration, acids, alkali and UV light. It seals and protects Kemiko Stone Tone Stained and Rembrandt Polymer Stained concrete. Available finishes: gloss.

KEMIKO® High Solids Moisture Vapor Barrier Epoxy SS1120 (formerly known as TRU-KOTE 100) is a two component polyamide amine-cured, concrete waterproofing epoxy. This extremely surface tolerant epoxy seals above-grade and below-grade walls and floors by application to the negative side of the concrete substrate. SS1120 can be applied to properly prepared concrete walls, floors and masonry walls exposed to damp conditions. Commonly found in: airplane hangars, commercial buildings,parking garages, water treatment facilities.

KEMIKO® 100% Solids Self-Leveling Epoxy SS1202 is a 100% solids, low viscosity and water clearepoxy coating with excellent adhesion to steel and concrete. This self-leveling epoxy floor coating is low odor, 0 VOC and has high chemical resistance. It is designed to be used with color quartz and selected aggregates. It cures overnight to a blush-free, resilient, high gloss film. Available in Standard Cure(SS1202) and Fast Cure (SS1202FF) versions. Commonly found in: kitchens, hospitals, gymnasiums, food and chemical processing facilities, showrooms, warehouses, other high traffic areas.

KEMIKO® 100% Solids Self-Leveling UV Resistant Epoxy SS1202 UVR is a 100% solids clear epoxy coating product offering excellent UV resistance, low viscosity and 0 VOC. This self-leveling epoxy has excellent chemical resistance and cures overnight to a blush free, resilient high gloss film. It can be applied as a top coat finish on most properly prepared, interior concrete floor surfaces that are subject to continuous traffic and that require a high gloss resilient floor finish with UV protection. The low viscosity mixture is designed to be used with color quartz and aggregate broadcast systems for increased compressive strength and high impact service.

KEMIKO® STA CRETE® 100% Solids Pigmented Epoxy SS1500 is a specially formulated, commercial aquarium epoxy paint. This two component, abrasion resistant epoxy coating offers excellent adhesion to concrete for pools and marine containment tanks and ponds. It has been an industry standard for over 30 years and is veterinarian approved for use with seals, whales and walruses. It's very user friendly, low VOC, low odor, self-leveling, has excellent vertical sag resistance and quickly cures to a hard, resilient high-gloss film. SS1500 can be applied to properly prepared concrete, fiberglass and certain metals subject to continuous abrasion service, as well as salt water and chlorinated water immersion. This epoxy has been successfully applied in theme parks, water parks, commercial and show aquariums, fountains, water features and swimming pools. Compliant to all EPA and SCAQMD regulations.

KEMIKO® Two Component Water Extended Epoxy SS1600 is a two-component, high gloss, water base floor epoxy with low VOC and low odor. It offers excellent film properties, a long pot life and is designed to be used as a thin film resilient primer and finish. This extended pot life epoxy can be applied on concrete floors, steel,wood, plaster and even damp surfaces. Applications include any surface that requires a cost-effective,surface-tolerant, general maintenance coating. Other benefits include overnight cure and water cleanup. Commonly used in: architectural applications, auto service centers, airplane hangars, hospitals,warehouses, food and chemical processing facilities. Available in clear and a variety of colors.

KEMIKO® Water Base Low VOC Epoxy SS3400 is a waterborne, low VOC primer and clear, high gloss topcoat sealer for concrete. This epoxy offers excellent adhesion, abrasion resistance and low odor.According to United States Department of Agriculture guidelines, SS3400 has been determined to be chemically acceptable for application to structural surfaces where there is possibility of incidental food contact in official establishments operating under the Federal Meat and Poultry Inspection Program.Commonly used in architectural applications and in commercial and industrial applications, such as:food and chemical processing facilities, hospitals, water and wastewater treatment facilities. Also available in colors, by special order.

KEMIKO® 100% Solids Self-Leveling Pigmented Epoxy SS3500 is a color floor epoxy coating that offers excellent adhesion to properly prepared concrete and steel. It is user friendly, low VOC and cures to a very hard, resilient, high gloss film. This self-leveling color floor epoxy can be applied as a primer and finish on most interior surfaces. Excellent abrasion resistance, non-blushing in high humidity,available in many colors.

Kemiko® Water Base Quick Dry Epoxy SS3700 is a fast cure, low VOC, water extended epoxy concrete sealer that offers excellent adhesion, abrasion resistance and low odor. This concrete floor epoxy is designed to be used as a thin film, resilient primer and finish. The product can be applied to concrete, steel, wood and plaster surfaces. SS3700 cures in just 1-2 hours. Commonly used in architectural applications and in commercial and industrial applications, such as: food and chemical processing facilities, hospitals, water and wastewater treatment facilities. Available in high gloss and satin finishes.

Kemiko® Water Base Polyurethane Topcoat Clear (SS2400) is a water base, two component polyurethane. This interior/exterior coating is non-yellowing and offers excellent adhesion and resistance to chemicals, abrasion, hot tires and UV light. The fast-curing, low-odor, low VOC formula may be used as a decorative or industrial topcoat in warehouses, showrooms, garages, airport facilities or any location that requires a resilient, protective, high performance coating. For ease of application, Kemiko Water Base Polyurethane Topcoat applies milky and dries clear. Available in high gloss finish.
