EnviroGrid® is manufactured in the USA within an ISO 9001:2015 and CE Certified facility with 100% virgin high-density polyethylene (HDPE) resin.
EnviroGrid® is offered in 3 typical cell sizes which are EGA 20, EGA 30, and EGA 40 and each are offered in cell heights of 3", 4", 6", and 8". Custom cell sizes and heights are able to be manufactured for specific projects.

EnviroGrid® effectively holds slope cover materials in place, reducing the potential for slope erosion. The EnviroGrid® geocells can be used in slopes as steep as 70 degrees and secured in place by our EnviroClip twist anchors or our tendon system.
EnviroGrid® allows channels to achieve a system that is not only resistant to erosion, but stable under the slope geometry and hydro-static uplift forces. EnviroGrid® can be laid directly on the slope, properly anchored, and filled with a various material based on the project's needs.
In situations where a slope is steeper than the soil alone would allow, EnviroGrid® can be stacked to create a gravity retaining wall. The structure stands by virtue of its weight and can be easily constructed with local aggregates. Gravity retaining walls have a degree of flexibility that allows them to be constructed over variable foundation soils without loss of structural stability.

EnviroWall™ Retaining Wall Block
EnviroWall™, a product of Geo Products, LLC is a small-scale, plastic retaining wall block system designed for ease of shipping, handling, and installation while providing structure to achieve walls up to 5 feet tall. One block covers 1.0 square foot, weighs 2.5lbs, and includes 2 removable side rails. EnviroWall™ blocks are offered in 2 colors; gray and green.
Designed and manufactured in the USA, EnviroWall™ blocks are designed to be planted to yield vegetation coverage to provide an aesthetically pleasing solution to grade changes and erosion control applications for residential and commercial projects. EnviroWall™ allows endless design opportunities as it is offered in 2 color options and has removable side rails to allow for vegetation with direct infill or a compost sock for addition erosion control benefits.

GREENS BAYOU MITIGATION BANK ACCESS ROAD IMPROVEMENTS
Wetlands Mitigation Banks preserve, enhance or restore natural resources throughout the permanently protected property. The Greens Bayou Wetlands Mitigation Bank (Greens WetBank) is the Harris County Flood District's longest established wetland mitigation bank and consists of 961 acres of permanently protected wetlands. The project consisted of repairing the all-weather access roads throughout the Greens Bayou Wetlands.

TAMPLA BAY WATER WORKS - Tampa, Florida
Tampa Bay Water works needed to build pads and roads to service over 15 wells throughout its preserve. The solution needed to not only minimally disturb the preserve, but still be durable
enough to withstand utility vehicles while being accessible throughout the year. The solution required being built atop of the native sandy soils that are present in Florida.

Channel Restoration Application: ENVIROGRID® GEOCELL
In 2018, Orange County Public Works began planning the restoration of Lane Channel for flood control in the region. The project's objective was to re-establish the banks of the channel by integrating a solution that would be able to control erosion with native vegetation.
In 2019, EnviroGrid® was installed throughout the channel's banks, and reinforced with a tendon anchoring system. EnviroGrid® was chosen as a long-term erosion control solution and provided many environmental benefits in addition to the aesthetic appeal it provided.
The re-established vegetation in conjunction with the geocell system gave opportunity to reduce bacteria through the filtration that it provided, while the removed sediment prevented accumulated pollutants from migrating to Upper Newport Bay, yielding additional water quality and environmental benefit.
LEED® Green Building Credits
Geo Products recognizes that construction generally leaves a significant footprint upon the environment, and therefore seeks to reduce any impact that our EnviroGrid® incurs upon the landscape. The limited amount of infill required for EnviroGrid® as opposed to conventional construction methods, as well as the lower quality needed, offers not only a much softened blow to the environment but also reduces project engineering, length, and cost.
The Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED®) system for designing and certifying environmentally sustainable buildings is the national standard for rating environmentally responsible construction. Introduced and enabled by the United States Green Building Council, LEED® takes into account materials and resources used, site location and development, air quality, and water and energy use in its evaluation of green buildings.
