An energy-efficient work of art - the city hall of Farmington Hills has been completely transformed. The open interior lighting highlights the hanging red oak veneer Baffles. Likewise, the spacious meeting room enhances natural acoustics with dozens of custom-shaped serpentine Allegro™
Curved Panels. Similar to performing arts centers, the panels are suspended to create a large floating cloud
that solves acoustically challenging requirements.
First Presbyterian
Integration is harmonizing the old with the new. A century-old church in the heart of downtown Tulsa experienced this challenge - incorporating a beautiful, iconic Gothic cathedral with contemporary worship center and atrium additions.

Kauffman Theatre
The Muriel Kauffman Theatre is one of two performance spaces at the majestic Kauffman Center for the Performing Arts. Howard Theatre

Beam Series 1 (BM1)
BM1 features standard square/rectangular and round/half-round profiles (as well as half beams for wall applications). In addition to easily combining with other Beam series, BM1 accommodates simple moldings and allows quick installation or field modifications.
Beam Series 2 (BM2)
BM2 is designed to accommodate elaborate, decorative moldings and is highly customized and detail oriented.

Toccata (DF1)
Toccata is monolithic plank with various channel depths to breakup and redistribute sound waves and is manufactured to match or compliment a project's surrounding millwork species and finishes.
Counterpoint (DF2)
Counterpoint is a custom geometric panel that focuses sound direction for specific area diffusion and installs on walls and ceilings in horizontal or vertical bands to isolate echo or reverberation.
Rubato (DF3)
Rubato is a custom sculptured face panel with various grooved angles to provide superior sound diffusion and is available for ceilings and walls.

Encore Series 1 (EN1)
EN1 features acoustic planks with grooved faces and intersecting perforations drilled partially into the backside for both ceilings and walls. Different face widths and groove dimensions are available.
Encore Series 3 (EN3)
EN3 features all the components of EN2 aside from the veneer face. The thicker face allows for angular or straight-cut grooves with additional perforations on the reverse side.
Encore Series 4 (EN4)
EN4 is a panelized version of EN1 and is available in 2'x2', 3'x3', 2'x4', and 4'x4' panel sizes (custom sizes available upon request).
Encore Series 5 (EN5)
EN5 is a large-format curved panel available in custom sizes and curves. The thicker face allows various groove sizes and spacing with intersecting grooves on the backside for increased sound absorption. The suspension is identical to Allegro™ Curved Panels.
Encore Series 6 (EN6)
EN6 features both ceiling and wall applications with various groove sizes and spacing and intersecting perforations on the backside for increased sound absorption. Standard sizes are 2' width by 2'-8' length (custom lengths are available).
Encore Series 7 (EN7)
EN7 features ceiling and wall applications for both planks and panels and incorporates various groove sizes and spacing with intersecting perforations on the backside to increase sound absorption.
Encore Series 8 (EN8)
EN8 is a specialty panel with a thin face membrane for consistent visual appearance across multiple applications (e.g. sound absorption, airflow or speaker covers).

Suspension System 2 (SS2)
SS2 is a standard ceiling grid lay-in panel with a reveal edge condition (grid can be covered with matching wood trim).
Suspension System 3 (SS3)
SS3 slides into standard ceiling grid and features a 3/8" reveal between panels.
Suspension System 4 (SS4)
SS4 slides into standard ceiling grid on backers, thus sitting deeper than SS3, and features a 3/8" reveal between panels.
Suspension System 5 (SS5)
SS5 suspends large format panels from either heavy-duty ceiling grid or cold rolled steel channels and can be easily fitted for post-installation removal.
Suspension System 6 (SS6)
SS6 suspends large-format panels mounted on inclines using special channel brackets.
Suspension System 7 (SS7)
SS7 uses torsion springs in conjunction with a custom ceiling grid system to enable partial or complete post-installation panel removal.

Grille Backer Series 1 (GB1)
GB1 features standard square or notched wood backers to provide additional rigidity, and panels attach to ceilings and/or walls by simply screwing through the backer.
Grille Backer Series 2 (GB2)
GB2 features a notched wood backer with a rounded face (resembling a dowel when viewed from below) and suspends using quick-release dowel clips.
Grille Backer Series 3 (GB3)
GB3 panels "lay into" HD T-grid with solid wood backers at 12" O.C. and do not usually require screws or clips.
Grille Dowel Series 1 (GD1)
GD1 features wood dowels that suspend from quick-release dowel clips. Flexible dowels are also available.
Micro-Grille Series 1 (MG1)
MG1 features 1" deep blades on notched backers and is well-suited for ceilings, walls and other air-flow required areas.
Micro-Grille Series 2 (MG2)
MG2 is an encapsulated version of MG1 with acoustic insulation and offers a quicker installation process.

Designed to provide a continuous plank appearance, LC1 features a closed reveal in various profiles and individually attaches to ceilings and/or walls with system-specific clips.
Linear Open Series 1 (LO1)
Designed to provide a continuous plank appearance, LO1 features a 3/4" reveal and individually attaches to ceilings and/or walls using system-specific clips.
Linear Open Series 2 (LO2)
LO2 features all the components of LO1 plus a factory-attached black fiber-felt reveal strip between members.
Linear Open Series 3 (LO3)
The panelized LO3 promotes quick, cost-effective installation and attaches to ceilings and/or walls by wood backers.
Linear Open Series 4 (LO4)
The panelized LO4 features wood backers with rounded faces (designed to resemble dowels when view from below) and suspends using special dowel clips.

ACGI MicroPerf panels blend the aesthetic qualities of wood with excellent acoustical performance. The panels provide sound absorption through a micro-perforated wood veneer that has the appearance of solid wood from a normal viewing distance.

MicroPerf (MP)
MicroPerf features 0.5 mm perforations spaced 2mm O.C. vertically and horizontally to control sound wave absorption. Acoustic fabric is applied to the back of the panel. For greater NRC performance acoustic insulation can be added behind the panel.

Prestanda Fiberglass Ceiling
Prestanda is a coated panel that is specifically designed to provide acoustical absorption and exhibits a very "blue-white" flat painted gypsum board/plaster appearance. The finish is applied to both the panel face and edges. Prestanda can also be custom colored to match Pantone and other type paint samples.

With complete in-house manufacturing capability, our firm is able to provide LEED compliant materials, designs and processes that will assist you in obtaining required LEED points in the following nine categories.
