The firebox's exhaust is expelled by a forced airstream through a vent who's exit point can be up to 110 feet away. Ortal's Power Vent System allows you to enjoy a free-standing or built-in fireplaces anywhere, eliminating the need to run your vent pipe vertically off the top of the firebox. The system has constant self-monitoring pressure via state-of-the-art control techniques making it safe and reliable.

We've made it possible for you to enjoy any of our fireplaces, anywhere you'd like. Our proprietary, modern power vent system gives you complete design freedom even in apartments where fireplaces have traditionally been prohibitive.
