Concrete Additives and Cement Admixtures
Concure Admix Concrete Moisture Barrier is a water-based liquid waterproofing used to replace externally applied treatments for protecting concrete structures against moisture transmission. It is added to the concrete mix at the batch plant or can be added on site. Concure Admix becomes an integral and permanent part of the concrete slab.
Incore is a liquid admix that when added to concrete it creates an integral membrane to waterproof and control vapor in a concrete structure. Incore enhances concrete by making it more durable, increasing life expectancy and creating better functional uses. Incore can be used as a primary and secondary protection for moisture and vapor.
Genesis is a ready to use, liquid concure concrete admixture for waterproofing. It contains a blend of organic and inorganic chemicals for replacing externally applied treatments to protect concrete structures against moisture transmission. Genesis is added to the concrete mix at the batch plant or can be added on site. It generates non-soluble mineral formations and insoluble membranes in pores, capillaries and micro-cracks becoming an integral component within the concrete..
Moisture Vapor Emissions Eliminators MVE2
Nexus 100 is a reactive, two-component, moisture mitigation coating to stop moisture and vapor emissions on existing concrete. Nexus 100 has minimal odor and does not contain solvents. Nexus 100 reduces moisture vapor emission rate of 25 pounds to less than 3 pounds per the ASTM F1869 Calcium Chloride Test. Nexus 100 reduces moisture vapor permeability from 8.6 Perms to less than 0.1 Perms per ASTM E96 Wet Method Test and meets the ASTM F3010 test requirements.
Nexus 100 is formulated in the following versions:
Rapid Cure- curing in less than one hour
Fast Cure- curing in four hours
Standard Cure- curing in 16 hours
Nexus H₂O is a 3-component, water based, epoxy moisture remediation system applied topically to concrete to stop moisture and reduce vapor emissions. Nexus H₂O is designed to stop floor covering failure due to concrete slab moisture and effective for cure and seal applications. Nexus H₂O reduces a moisture vapor emission rate of 25 pounds to less than 3 pounds as per the ASTM F1869 Calcium Chloride Test.
Nexus CS200 is a topical, two-step, moisture mitigation application consisting of a liquid surface treatment and polymeric cementitious system. Nexus CS200 reduces vapor emission up to 25 pounds to below 3 pounds as per the ASTM F1869 Calcium Chloride Test. Nexus CS200 is environmentally safe. Does not contain any epoxy resins.

DermaShield also forms an internal membrane film further sealing the capillary system from moisture migration and water vapor emissions to provide maximum protection. DermaSeal is a clear, water-based resin siliconate sealer and penetrating treatment for exterior concrete and masonry surfaces. This sealer is specifically designed to help protect surfaces from scaling and limit the intrusion of moisture, chlorides and other harmful weather conditions into the
DermaGuard is a multi-functional colloidal based sealer that is designed to protect, seal and give concrete a 3D effect by the process of polishing.
DermaGuard will enhance the color and clarity of concrete to be used a finished floor. DermaGuard, through the process of fusion, will increase the abrasion and stain resistance as well as the longevity of the concrete slab it is applied to.
DERMAFIER is a lithium based colloidal penetrating densifier that is used in the polish concrete process as well as enhancing concrete surfaces.
DermaFier creates a breathable, filmless membrane by filling pores of concrete to increase abrasion resistance, improve surface strength and control ASR. The penetrating treatment stops liquid moisture but allows a reduced vapor permeability to make a breathable, protective surface. DermaFier is highly reactive with no residue to rinse away. When used properly DermaFier will fill pores, microcracks and increase surface hardness for permanent protection.
