Automatic water shutoff valve prevents costly water damage!

Property damage resulting from sudden and accidental water loss is responsible for the third largest number of homeowner claims filed in the United States insurance industry today. Now you can protect your entire home from water damage losses with the Flologic SystemŽ, an automatic water shutoff valve. The FloLogic System monitors water flow into your home and automatically shuts off excessive flow caused by ruptured water lines or continuously running appliances.

The FloLogic System consists of a linear flow sensor and a motor-driven ball valve installed in the home's main water line and monitored by a wall mounted control panel with LCD display, that is pre-programmed to shut off water flow after a specific amount of time has elapsed. In normal operation when a water faucet is opened or an appliance begins running, the flow sensor detects water flow and storts the controller's timer. After the pre-programmed time elapses, the FloLogic System shuts off the water and initiates a low decibel alarm at the LCD controller.

The FloLogic System can detect unusual amounts of water flow resulting from:

  • Washing machine hose ruptures
  • Ice maker supply line cracks
  • Dishwasher line failures
  • Cracks in frozen pipes
  • Water heater fatigue/leaks
  • Other plumbing supply line failures

Programmable for individual water usage
Checking appliance cycle times and personal water use habits enables homeowners to determine their continuous water usage pattern and program the FloLogic System accordingly. In the "HOME" mode, the FloLogic System is pre-programmed to allow up to thirty-minutes of continuous water flow before the valve shut off is activated, and thirty-seconds in the "AWAY" mode. Both the "HOME" and "AWAY" modes can be easily reprogrammed to fit your water use patterns.

Protects your entire home from water leaks
Unlike other water shutoff systems which are limited to freezing pipes, a single appliance, or water accumulation the FloLogic System is a sophisticated, yet affordable system that protects the entire house from severe water damage. As an added advantage, homeowners utilizing the FloLogic System may qualify for a discount on their homeowners insurance policy.
