FiberForce 100 is an ultra-fine denier monofilament microfiber manufactured from 100% virgin homopolymer polypropylene resins. FiberForce 100 fibers are used primarily as plastic shrinkage crack-control reinforcement in concrete. The finishability attributes associated with this technology (limited to no exposed surface fibers) make FiberForce 100 a great choice in residential applications.
We are a fully integrated, leading manufacturer of many types of synthetic microfibers, synthetic macrofibers and steel macrofibers for the Ready-Mix Concrete Manufacturing industry. Since 1994, our concrete-fiber performance has been proven in over 200+ million cubic yards of concrete.
Our in-house registered elite engineers are always available to help you evaluate specific applications and recommend the best Fiber Reinforced Concrete (FRC) solution — including fiber type, dosage rate, mix design, value engineering, and finishing methods.
Polypropylene is one of the most important and readily available plastics in the manufacturing industry. We are the leading producer of extruded polypropylene products, including microsynthetic and macrosynthetic concrete fibers. We are also a major distributor of bulk bags, fibrillated yarns, synthetic snow, and more. We are proud to repeat over and over again that we have consistently maintained a 99% on-time delivery record.
Synthetic Microfibers
FiberForce 100 is an ultra-fine denier monofilament microfiber manufactured from 100% virgin homopolymer polypropylene resins. FiberForce 100 fibers are used primarily as plastic shrinkage crack-control reinforcement in concrete. The finishability attributes associated with this technology (limited to no exposed surface fibers) make FiberForce 100 a great choice in residential applications.
FiberForce 150 is a monofilament microfiber manufactured from 100% virgin homopolymer polypropylene resins. FiberForce 150 fibers are used primarily as plastic shrinkage crack-control reinforcement in concrete. The finishability attributes associated with this technology (limited to no exposed surface fibers) make FiberForce 150 a great choice in residential applications.
FiberForce 300 is a fibrillated microfiber manufactured from 100% virginpolymer resins. FiberForce 300 is primarily used as shrinkage and temperature reinforcement in concrete.
FiberForce 350 is an ultra-fine denier fibrillated microfiber manufactured from 100% virgin polymer resins and is designed for crack-width control for concrete due to shrinkage and temperature restraint. FiberForce 350 has finishing attributes similar to polypropylene monofilament microfibers with limited surface fibers.
FiberForce 500 is a fibrillated micro fiber manufactured from 100% virgin homopolymer polypropylene resins. FiberForce 500 is primarily used as shrinkage and temperature reinforcement in concrete.
Ny-Pro is a fine denier monofilament micro fiber manufactured from nylon. Ny-Pro fibers are primarily used as plastic shrinkage crack-control reinforcement in concrete.
Synthetic Macrofibers
FiberForce 600 is a blend of synthetic macro/microfibers. FiberForce 600 combines a mechanically embossed tape macrofiber with a monofilament microfiber. The specific blend ratio is 3lb/1lb (macrofiber/microfiber) per 4lb bag. This blended technology is developed for post-first crack reinforcement with enhanced plastic shrinkage/settlement crack control.
FiberForce 650 is a synthetic macrofiber developed from a specific blend of polypropylene and polyethylene resins that possess unique engineering properties. Defined as a tape or ribbon fiber, FiberForce 650 has a rectangular cross-section and has been mechanically embossed to enhance bonding. The physical dimensions of FiberForce 650 are critical to the performance, as measured by ASTM C1399 and C1609. FiberForce 650 has excellent distribution and finishing properties.
FiberForce 750 is a blend of synthetic macrofibers. FiberForce 750 combines a mechanically embossed tape macrofiber with a modified fibrillated macrofiber. The modified fibrillated portion has been engineered so the main fibrils are enlarged to increase tensile properties. FiberForce 750 is unique blend of synthetic macro/macrofibers that has excellent distribution and finishing properties.
FiberForce 950 is a blend of synthetic macro/microfibers. The specific blend ratio is 4 lb/1 lb (macrofiber/microfiber) per 5 lb bag. The synthetic macro component is a non-fibrillated configuration. The synthetic micro component is a monofilament configuration.
FiberForce 1000 HP is a synthetic macro concrete fiber developed from a specific blend of polypropylene and polyethylene resins that are continuously embossed for enhanced bond. FiberForce 1000 HP has an optimized embossment pattern and is drawn to increase tensile capacity.
Steel Fibers
FiberForce 850 is a blend of steel macrofibers and synthetic microfibers. FiberForce 850 combines a Type V steel macrofiber with a monofilament microfiber. The specific blend ratio is 23 lb/1 lb (steel macrofiber/synthetic microfiber) per 24 lb bag. This blended technology is developed for post-first crack reinforcement with enhanced plastic shrinkage/settlement crack control.
FiberForce T1-60 is a cold-drawn steel wire fiber which meets the requirements of ASTM A820 Type I. FiberForce T1-60 was developed for use as temperature-shrinkage reinforcement and post-first crack toughness in concrete. FiberForce T1-60 has been manufactured with hooked ends to enhance interlock within the concrete mix. Data can be made available to provide evidence of the high level of performance available at all addition rates typical to the use of FiberForce T1-60.
FiberForce T5 is a modified cold-drawn steel wire fiber, which meets the requirements of ASTM A820 Type V. The continuously
deformed Type V steel fiber also meets the requirements of ASTM C1116, Section 4.1.1.
