The Ranger telescoping system uses an innovative ground mounted rack track to drive a second leaf from the first. This track transmits movement using a system of hidden pinions that connect to the side gear rack, driving the next leaf. The simplicity of the Ranger system ensures that it is easy to install, performs reliably, and requires little maintenance. No cables are used so there is no stretching and no regular adjustments are needed. The rack track is brushed clean on every opening by the two cleaning brushes installed on the front and back of each gate leaf.

Albatros is a bi-folding gate system for confined spaces.

With its patented revolutionary geared hinge, the Albatros system offers a stable smooth opening for large bi-folding gates. This high quality system remains totally suspended and therefore trackless, allowing a clean obstacle free entrance and using half the space of a single leaf swing gate. The Albatros power transmission arm is mounted on the hinge post and is connected to the geared hinge between the panels achieving a smooth and reliable opening system.

Configurator

Recessed and surface mounted track for v-groove rolling gates are available but the best choice will depend on the specific application and requirements.
Recessed track offers a clean, flush appearance as the track is installed into a concrete foundation.
Surface mounted track is installed on top of the driveway and is generally easier and less expensive to install.
V-groove wheels that are internally mounted, recessed and surface mounted are available in both galvanized and stainless steel. Size options range from 2" lightweight wheels to 8" heavy duty wheels.

V-groove track options are available that allow for the track to be cemented in place or bolted in place. Connection pins are offered to help align multiple sections of track. The track is offered in galvanized steel or stainless steel. The V-groove wheels offered range in size from 2" to 8" with weight loads from 154 lbs. per wheel to 2205 lbs. per wheel. Some of the wheels are available in stainless steel.

These heavy duty Y-groove wheels come in either 4" or 6" and offer substantial weight loads per wheel. These loads range from 2200 lbs. up to 7500 lbs. Wheel support boxes are also available for these and any wheels that are under 45mm wide. Currently there is no track available but 1" or larger angle iron that is stitch welded to 4" or wider flat bar will work.

V-groove track options are available that allow for the track to be cemented in place or bolted in place. Connection pins are offered to help align multiple sections of track. The 4" surface mounted wheels are available with 1 or 2 bearings. The 1 bearing wheel weight capacity is 485 lbs. per wheel while the 2 bearing wheel is 890 lbs. per wheel.

The track is offered in galvanized steel or stainless steel. These recessed mounted wheels are available in 4" and 6" and with 1 or 2 bearings. The wheel load varies from 440 lbs. to 1410 lbs. A couple of the 4" wheels are available in stainless steel.

These steel hinge combinations are perfect for heavy duty swing gates due to the sealed bearing in the upper hinge and the thrust bearing in the lower hinge. These hinges offer low friction operation, longer lifespan and reliable performance under heavy usage.
These hinge combinations offer both weld-on and bolt-on options and will consistantly open gates ranging in weight from 440 lbs. to 8800 lbs.

Wing hinges with mounting brackets are a type of hinge that are commonly used on swing gates. The hinge bracket is attached to a post while the wing portion of the hinge is welded to the gate frame.
Wing hinges typically allow for a wide range of motion, making it easy to open and close the gate.
These hinges will accommodate gates ranging in weight from 440 lbs. to 660 lbs.

U-bracket hinges operate on a simple pivot mechanism. They consist of two metal plates, shaped like a "U," with a central knuckle that allows the plates to swing open and closed. One plate is attached to the gate post, while the other is fixed to the frame.
The hinges below will handle gate weights from 220 lbs. per pair to 660 lbs. per pair.

Adjustable bolt hinges are designed with a unique feature that allows for gate adjustments to be made after the gate has been installed. This adjustability is achieved through a bolt that can be tightened or loosened to change the position of the gate that the hinge is attached to. This feature is useful in situations where the gate may sag over time due to wear and tear or changes in the surrounding structure.
The bolts below offer weld on applications as well as a hinge with a screw on bracket. These hinges can carry weight from 165 lbs. per pair up to 485 lbs. per pair.

Adjustable clamp hinges, as per below, come with a bolt that can be adjusted, as needed, for alignment and gate sag. The pivot part of the hinge is welded into the gate frame acting as part of the frame itself. The pivot moves inside of the clamp when the gate is open and closed.
These hinges are welded in place and will carry weights from 220 lbs. per pair up to 570 lbs. per pair.

These hinges have flat, wings and/or protruding plates on either side of the barrel. The wings/protruding plates allow for a larger surface area for attachment which makes the hinge stronger and more stable. They're commonly used for doors and gates with metal frames.
These hinges are welded in place and will carry weights from 165 lbs. per pair up to 1760 lbs. per pair.
