An extremely flexible and durable white solvent-based synthetic elastomeric sealant. FlexSeal™ Sealant is an extremely flexible and durable white, solvent-based, self-leveling synthetic elastomeric sealant. It's ideal for use on low-slope roof surfaces.

A primer designed for use with EverGuard® TPO membrane and EverGuard® Freedom™ self-adhered TPO products. Low VOC (<240 g/L) compliant primer for preparing metal and membrane for application of cover tape, and preparing membrane and pourable sealer pockets to apply EverGuard®One-Part Pourable Sealant.

EverGuard® TPO Primer is designed for use with EverGuard® TPO membranes and EverGuard® self-adhered TPO products.

A one-part, moisture-cure, self-leveling sealant designed for use in pitch pans on single-ply roof systems. Since moisture-cure sealants cure with moisture in the air, it is suitable for application in damp and cold climates, as well as in dry. EverGuard® One-Part Pourable Sealant is solvent free (less than 25 g/L VOC), contains no isocyanates, and because it is 100% solids, will not shrink upon curing. It is self-leveling, leaving a smooth, professional finished look with good color stability. It does not “outgas" or bubble on damp surfaces as urethane sealants often do.

EverGuard® One-Part Pourable Sealant is elastomeric and has excellent adhesion to most construction materials, has a 20-minute skin-over time, and is paintable within 24 hours. It has a low durometer, which accommodates greater movement in penetration seals than typical urethane sealants. No special tools or mixing is required and can be applied at temperatures as low as 30°F (-1°C).

Designed to seal the edges of the non-factory edges (cut edges) of the TPO membrane as a final step to reinforce membrane installation and inhibit water from traveling through the center scrim area.  

A one-part, butyl-based high-viscosity sealant, suitable for sealing between flashing membrane and substrate surfaces, behind exposed termination bars, and between roofing membrane and drain flanges.

A white solvent-based synthetic elastomeric sealant. FlexSeal™ Caulk Grade Sealant is an extremely flexible, durable, and UV resistant sealant. It will not chalk, crack, or peel and is ideal for termination bar, railing, step flashings, or edge metal.

A seam cleaner used to clean exposed or contaminated seams prior to heat welding to remove any residual soap or to revitalize aged membranes.

An extremely flexible and durable white solvent-based synthetic elastomeric sealant.

RepairPro Sealant is a solvent-based synthetic, self-leveling, elastomeric sealant. It is flexible, durable, and can be used on a variety of substrates.

45-mil Utility Flashing Strip is a thick reinforced membrane used for stripping in coated metal flanges.  

The 6" x 100' 45-mil reinforced TPO membrane with pressure-sensitive adhesive is installed on horizontal surfaces, using plates and fasteners as a base attachment in fully adhered and EverGuard® Freedom™ RapidSeam™ systems.

UN-55 Detailing Membrane, a 55-mil thick unreinforced membrane used as an alternative flashing/reinforcement material for penetrations and corners, is required wherever preformed accessories can't be used.

EverGuard® Flexible TPO Detailing Membrane comes standard in White. The membrane is unreinforced, so it's easier to work with at difficult flashing details. 

GAF EverGuard® TPO 6" Cover Tape is a 6"-wide, non-reinforced TPO membrane backed with a butyl tape adhesive for use in stripping-in primed galvanized edge metal and to install RapidSeam™ end laps.

Made up of 30-mil unreinforced TPO and used to provide a warning to take caution around potential roof hazards. Easy to install, built to last for years, and requires little maintenance.

The EverGuard® TPO Walkway Roll is designed to protect the membrane in areas exposed to rooftop traffic for maintenance access or other uses, including HVAC, roof hatches, access doors, etc. The EverGuard® TPO Walkway Roll is required on a GAF-warranted roofing system.

In addition to a standard Gray TPO Walkway Roll, GAF has recently introduced Yellow Walkway Rolls to the market. These “safety" Yellow Walkway Rolls are great for sensitive areas of a roof such as perimeters, around skylights, or in areas of low clearance.

Conforming 55-mil thick unreinforced membrane seal for use over T-joints in 60-mil and greater thickness membrane applications.

Manufactured out of TPO-coated metal and 55-mil un-reinforced membrane for use in waterproofing wall scuppers, eliminating unnecessary flashing to waterproof the wall opening.

Metal sheets constructed with TPO membrane laminated to galvanized sheet metal. 24-gauge steel with a 25-mil thick membrane film that cuts and forms like standard sheet metal. 

Manufactured out of reinforced 45-mil TPO membrane and galvanized steel for use in venting low-slope mechanically attached roofs. Limited to one-way flow to avoid moisture buildup within the roofing structure and material. Also available in two-way vents.

EverGuard® Flexible T-Joint Cover Patches are created from a proprietary TPO formulation engineered to work with EverGuard® TPO single-ply membranes. EverGuard® TPO T-Joint Cover Patches create a membrane seal over T-joints that arise when installing a 60- or 80-mil EverGuard® TPO system.

One standard size of the 65-mil molded membrane Vent Boot accommodates 1"- 6" (25.4 mm - 152 mm) pipes and conduits. Vent Boots come with stainless steel clamping rings for the top of the penetration. 

Split pipe boots have an opening that can wrap around pipes and conduits and come in three standard sizes (see product properties below). Split pipe boots come with stainless steel clamping rings for the top of the penetration.

Heat weldable drain that can be made watertight in seconds without using any tools.

One-piece seamless body manufactured from 0.125" 11-gauge spun aluminum used for depressed sump area for improved flow and to facilitate drainage. Incorporates U-Flow® Seal technology, a trademark of OMG Roofing Products, providing a mechanical watertight connection to PVC or cast iron pipes. TPO-coated flange for direct hot-air welding of TPO roof membranes.

EverGuard® TPO Quick Spray Adhesive is a sprayable, solvent-based contact adhesive useful for bonding smooth TPO membranes to various substrates. 

EverGuard® TPO Quick Spray Adhesive LV50 is a low VOC, solvent-based, sprayable, contact adhesive useful for bonding smooth TPO membranes to various substrates.

GAF LRF Adhesive XF is a two-component, construction-grade, low-rise polyurethane foam roofing adhesive.

TPO LRF Adhesive M Low Temp is a two-component, VOC-free, lowrise polyurethane foam adhesive that contains no solvents and can be used to adhere both insulation boards and TPO fleece-back membrane.

EverGuard® TPO Low VOC Bonding Adhesive is a contact-type bonding adhesive specially designed for bonding smooth back TPO single-ply roofing membranes and flashings to various roofing substrates. 

EverGuard® TPO 3 Square Low VOC Bonding Adhesive is a contact-type bonding adhesive specially designed for bonding TPO single-ply roofing membranes and flashings to various roofing substrates.

A fast-drying, solvent-based rubberized adhesive designed for use with smooth back TPO-based membranes. Easily applied using a roller, brush, or spray.

EverGuard® WB 181 Bonding Adhesive is compatible with concrete, masonry, metal, and wood flashing substrates. When installing with fleece-back TPO, EverGuard® WB 181 Bonding Adhesive has an up to 50% faster installation time than traditional smooth, fully-adhered systems. Its low VOC content with little-to-no odor reduces the disruption to building occupants.

OlyBond500® Equipment-Free Canister System is a two-component, low-rise polyurethane foam adhesive designed to adhere a variety of board stocks to most roof substrates in both new and re-roof applications, including jobs that require multiple insulation layers. The canisters have all of the same Factory Mutual approval ratings* as our other OlyBond500® options, and can be used for securing both insulation and fleece-back membranes.

Drill-Tec™ XHD® #15 Fasteners have an over-sized heavy shank and thread diameters for enhanced pull-out resistance in steel and aluminum roof decks to secure insulation and single-ply membrane to steel, O.S.B., or aluminum roof decks.

Drill-Tec™ SXHD Fasteners (#21) have over-sized heavy shank and thread diameters for enhanced pull-out resistance in light-gauge metal roof decks to secure single-ply membrane to 22 gauge or higher metal decks.

Drill-Tec™ CD-10 Fasteners have a diamond point that allows for easier installation and less chance of hole damage when securing insulation and single-ply membranes to structural concrete.

Drill-Tec™ RhinoBond® TPO XHD Plate are made of specially coated Galvalume® and have a round design that provides an even distribution of loads and eliminates sharp corners that can damage the membrane.

Each module arrives to the jobsite fully grown and is simply set in place on the rooftop.
During installation, the unique, patent-pending Soil Elevator™ is easily removed to allow for a seamless fit, which provides the look of a "built-in" system without the extensive, ongoing costs of maturation.

A tough, non-breathable synthetic anchor sheet designed and manufactured to meet industry and code requirements for self-adhered low-slope roofing applications. StormSafe™ Anchor Sheet's woven fabric creates a tough, durable reinforcement and its polypropylene coating makes it suitable for many applications. 

StormSafe™ Anchor Sheet is alkaline resistant, making it suitable for use over lightweight insulating concrete systems. The tough woven fabric makes it extremely tear resistant. In addition, the polypropylene coating ensures a good bond with both the butyl-adhesive of Freedom™ membranes and the SBS modified adhesive of LIBERTY™ SA Base/Ply and LIBERTY™ Cap membranes.  

A unique, patent-pending, fire-resistant slip sheet for installation within roofing assemblies where an increased fire rating is desired. t delivers superior protection against flame penetration and, in some cases, flame spread when installed in accordance with GAF Roofing System Specifications. It offers the highest fire ratings. One layer of VersaShield® Solo™ Fire-Resistant Slip Sheet qualifies for UL Class A Fire Ratings over combustible decks with no incline limitations. Our proprietary fire-resistant coating is applied to a heavy weight, dimensionally-stable fiberglass mat to ensure VersaShield® Solo™ Fire-Resistant Slip Sheet will roll out smoothly and lay flat.

The OlyBond500™ SpotShot (28-oz. tubes) is a two-component polyurethane low-rise foam adhesive used to adhere a variety of board stocks to most roof substrates or other insulation boards. The tube set comes in disposable cartridges to be used with the Spot Shot Application Gun. Also available in a Winter Grade.

MATRIX™ 307 Premium Asphalt Primer is a general purpose, asbestos-free foundation coating for all types of asphalt-based roofing materials, e.g., hot-mopped or cold-applied asphalt coatings, roof cements, and asphalt-based roof and flooring adhesives. MATRIX™ 307 has an excellent penetration rate that promotes a tough bond for coating and adhesives while providing strength and flexibility to accommodate temperature-related expansion and contraction of the roof system. MajorSeal™ Liquid Flashing offers an alternative to traditional flashing technology to waterproof difficult flashing conditions. MajorSeal™ Systems combine MajorSeal™ Liquid Flashing and RoofMate™ Flashing Fabric to form a durable, redundant flashing membrane. Available in a convenient, easy-to-use kit, MajorSeal™ Liquid Flashing is a VOC-compliant, one-part moisture-curing grey polyether sealant. 

M-Thane™ One-Part Pourable Sealant is a moisture cure, self-leveling sealant that is suitable for application in damp and cold climates, as well as dry climates. M-Thane™ One-Part is solvent-free, contains no isocyanates, and will not shrink upon curing. It does not “outgas" or bubble on damp surfaces as urethane sealants can do. M-Thane™ One-Part is elastomeric and has excellent adhesion to most construction materials. It has a low durometer, which accommodates greater movement in penetration seals than typical urethane sealants.
