Maxxon® Maxxon  Gyp-Crete  Basic underlayment is a cost-effective solution for interior wood subfloors. It is fast-setting and provides compressive strengths up to 2,200 psi (15.2 MPa). Its crack-resistant surface provides a UL fire resistancerated underlayment. Maxxon Gyp-Crete Basic underlayment can be used in multifamily construction and accepts many floor-coverings.

Maxxon® Gyp-Crete® 2000 Multifamily underlayment is ideal for interior wood subfloors, enhancing fire safety and sound attenuation. Its crack-resistant surface provides a perfect base for practically all floor-coverings. This fastsetting underlayment offers high compressive strengths of 2,000 - 3,200 psi (13.8 - 22.1 MPa) and enhanced resistance to surface abrasion. Maxxon Gyp-Crete 2000 Multifamily underlayment can be used in multifamily and light commercial construction, as well as resurfacing or depth correction in renovation projects.

Its high compressive strength of 3,000 to 4,000 psi (20.7 – 27.6 MPa) surpasses commercial flooring requirements. Maxxon® Gyp-Crete® Radiant is a gypsum underlayment designed to pour over hydronic tubes or electric heating cables, which then acts as the thermal mass for radiant floor systems. Encasing the tubes or cables in crack-resistant, non-combustible gypsum, the special formula resists breakdown to 150 °F (66 °C). Poured at just 1¹⁄₄" (32 mm) thick, Maxxon Gyp-Crete Radiant stabilizes your heating system, creating a more comfortable home/environment.
