Advantages of Skyfold Classic™ Vertically Folding Operable Walls:
The Zenith® Series is cutting-edge, innovative vertical wall technology. Zenith combines the vertically folding elements found in the Classic™ Series at the top portion of the wall with a slick straight down descent thereafter. Zenith is ideal for spaces that may have wall obstructions (such as heavy furniture) which would otherwise limit the use of a vertically folding operable wall. Except for the Zenith 48 models, the Zenith Series is unlimited in length.
Advantages of Skyfold Zenith® Vertically Folding Operable Walls:
Exceptional Safety Features:
With a streamlined straight down deployment, the Zenith® Premium is ideal for spaces with obstructions, such as heavy furniture, which would otherwise limit the use of a vertically folding retractable wall. The ceiling pocket that stores the Skyfold wall is traditionally visible when looking up from the base of a Classic™ or Zenith® model in its down position. The Zenith Premium, however, features closure panels to hide the pocket from view, thereby maintaining the ceiling's flushed and unobtrusive appearance. With this added feature, the Zenith Premium not only functions, but also looks like a permanent fixture.

With a 17-wall Skyfold configuration, the Walter E. Washington Convention Center was able to capture 48,000 square feet of new flexible meeting and exhibition space within the original building's footprint.
A stepped Skyfold Classic™ 51 transforms a 468-person auditorium into two 156-person lecture halls in Texas A&M's six-story physics building.
A 16-foot high Skyfold Classic™ 51 replaces a former service corridor in between two ballrooms to create a flexible event space that can be reconfigured into one large or two smaller venues at Fairmont Pacific Rim Hotel in Vancouver.
Architect David Preusch and interior designer Jackie Richardson worked together to find a solution to maximize this space's flexibility while preserving the uplifting aesthetics and serene aura of a center dedicated to empowering and supporting cancer survivors through yoga, fitness, nutrition and counseling. Over the center's life cycle, the well-engineered Skyfold system will hold up to multiple daily uses with almost no maintenance.
Anticipating the heavy use of the operable walls and the need for excellent acoustical performance led the project team to choose the highest-quality and easiest-to-use product available: Skyfold. Two 59 ft. Skyfold Classic™ transform a large space into microcosm for the institution that can be used as a coffeehouse, social setting, study area, club space, an auditorium or banquet hall.
