Architectural pavers are the ideal solution to most paving needs either on roof deck or on grade for both commercial & residential applications. We strive to meet the needs of all our architects & specifiers by combining superior strength of 8000 psi and our ability to produce custom mix designs & colors.

Tile Tech roof pavers & adjustable pedestal system offers a solution for all roofing & waterproofing needs from standard Roof Ballast and Walkway, to Architectural Plazas and Green Roofs converting them into functional & attractive spaces.

Our new patented Hybrid Pedestal™ System consists of 8 standard components and off-the-shelf, 4.215" diameter SDR-35 PVC pipe. The PVC pipe allows the pedestal system to vary in height up to 22+ inches and is cut to the desired height using 12" chop saw. Features include a built in screw adjustment with aself-leveling head for fine height & slope compensation.

Allow for minor height adjustments from 1/2" up to 2" and can compensate for slopes of 0% to 3% by aligning the built-in slope compensator of one cap relative to another. Simple, easy and affordable!

Adjust your height from 2.25" to 24" with our versatile Uni-Coupler™ System. Our Uni-Cap™ is self-leveling and adjustable in any direction from 0% to 4% slope. Multiple Uni-Couplers™ may be used for incremental height build up, and our Uni-Base™is exceptionally designed at a 3/16" (5mm) thick and has a solid surface of 7" in diameter in order to prevent any type of flexing and subsequent damage to the waterproofing membrane.

Tile Tech's component system provides precision placement for porcelain and wood tiles on raised decks. Both our Hybrid Pedestal™ and Uni-Coupler™ Systems provide everything you need for a great project.

Used as base of pedestal system. “Press fits" on to end of PVC pipe. Can also be used with Uni-Insert™ for low height applications. Large surface area provides stability.

Allow for fine tuning of individual pavers. Can be broken into quarters or halves and stacked on top or bottom of pedestals.

Used for slope compensation at base of pedestals. Each plate compensates for 1/4" per foot (2%) slope and adds 3/8" to the overall height of pedestal. Maximum of four plates may be stacked for compensation of up to 1" per foot (0-8%) slope.

Provides protection to waterproofing membrane from wear and provides slip resistance to pedestal. Attaches to bottom of base. Align perimeter notches with chalk lines.

Ensures flush and level pavers while preventing rocking. Dampens sound.

Drainage systems and drain strainers often present unexpected layout issues for pedestal systems on rooftop decks. Tile Tech has solved this problem with Span Bridge. Manufactured from corrosion resistant aluminum 6061 in a anodized black color, Span Bridge is designed to pass over rooftop drains or other obstacles with ease. Simply slide two adjustable pedestals with Uni-Caps into lower track to form a base, next slide the top pedestal's Uni-Base into the upper track

Tile Tech Porcelain Pavers are comprised of a 2-cm / 3/4" single layer of load-bearing porcelain designed for use in conjunction with raised pedestals and support pad systems.Manufacturing processes involving use of specialized clay materials, high temperatures and pressures resulting in a paving tile of unique strength and hardness, extremely resistant to external abrasion and is even resistant to scratching with steels tools

The fusion of porcelain paver technology with the natural characteristics of timber, has produced a material with all the benefits and beauty of timber without the disadvantages; is fire proof; needs no maintenance; will not stain; will not change colors or fade; and is extremely resistant to abrasion -offering massive over-life savings.

Tile Tech's range of Stone Effect offers the beauty and aesthetics of stone, without the maintenance and upkeep required for natural stone materials. Completely nonporous, they will not stain and require no sealing & will remain looking as good as the day they were installed! Extremely high slip resistance for all finishes, ensures a safe floor area wet or dry. "Cool-Roof" colors are also available to meet high SRI values and LEED points within the porcelain series.

Tile Tech's range of Rustic-Wood Effect features not only simulated timber plank finishes but also a unique range of simulated weathered wood finishes which replicates the appearance and features of natural reclaimed wood but without the disadvantages of fading, twisting, warping, decay, and poor fire resistance inherent in natural wood.

Tile Tech's range of Slate-Series porcelain pavers have been designed to reproduce the texture, color and clef-ting appearance of natural slate. Its irregular top surface was developed from actual sections of slate. By rotating the direction of the pavers during installation the natural effect is complete. "Cool-Roof" colors are also available to meet high SRI values and LEED points within the porcelain series.

Tile Tech's range of Seashell porcelain pavers combine the look and texture of fossilized seashells providing an elegantly gorgeous and sophisticated Oceanside inspired paver to any project design in both commercial and residential. These textured, coastal inspired pavers are great for pool decks, roof decks, porches, walkways and plazas. "Cool-Roof" colors are also available to meet high SRI values and LEED points within the porcelain series.

Tile Tech's range of Travertine series porcelain pavers have significant number of advantages over natural stone that have been traditionally used in such projects. Porcelain pavers have a water absorption of less than 0.1%, not only it is exceptionally stain resistant, but water cannot penetrate, so it avoids issues of freeze thaw cracking which can be a problem in certain climatic zones with natural stone paving. "Cool-Roof" colors are also available to meet high SRI values and LEED points within the porcelain series.

Terrazzo-Series™ porcelain pavers gives the surface a granite-like appearance which adds slip resistant qualities to the pavers. Tile Tech's range of Earth-Tone series porcelain pavers have been Designed to create a warm, nature-friendly atmosphere in a porcelain paver product and the color scheme consist of ground earth or soil and refers to more natural colors found in nature such as brown soil, gray sky, as well as the red sun.

Tile Tech's range of Cement series porcelain pavers features rugged elegance of cement and concrete without the stains, scratches, and Efflorescence (crystalline deposit of salts formed on the surface of fresh concrete) issues of actual concrete pavers. Completely nonporous, they will not stain and require no sealing and are extremely high slip resistant for all finishes, ensures a safe outdoor floor area wet or dry.

As elegant in function as they are in appearance, Tile Tech IPE™ Wood Tiles let you bring the natural beauty of exotic hardwood to any environment. IPE™ Wood paving tiles are designed for constructing raised wood decks over exterior surfaces such as rooftops, terraces and plazas, in both residential and commercial applications.

Our Cool-Roof™ pavers utilize a high reflective value and low emissivity rate resulting in a high Solar Reflectance Index (SRI) value; Tile Tech Cool-Roof™ pavers have a minimum SRI value of 78. This high SRI value allows you to meet the needs for LEED certified projects when used on your roof and balconies and can also be installed on pedestals for a complete roofing system.

High wind and severe site conditions require an outstanding paver system. Tile Tech has developed the Hex-Tray™ system, which is an engineered system used in conjunction with our porcelain roof pavers and adjustable pedestals on top of roof decks to prevent wind-uplift while also providing added safety in case of breakage of pavers. Our patented system is designed especially for the most severe conditions, which require an elevated roof paver pedestal system.

Tile Tech Hex-Tray™ SNOW MELT system is the most economical, versatile, and easiest to install system for snow-free surface for pedestal supported pavers laid on elevated rooftop decks, terraces, plazas, or walkways in both commercial and residential applications. Our snow melting system can be used with both ELECTRIC and HYDRONIC heating systems and engineered to be used in conjunction with our porcelain roof deck pavers & adjustable pedestals and works by simply running insulated electrical heating cables or hydronic PEX tubing along channels on top of the aluminum heat plates which installed under the paving slabs. Additional wind-uplift prevention mechanism is also available for the snow melting system.

Our Turf-Tray™ system is an engineered system used in conjunction with our artificial turf & adjustable pedestals for elevated and level rooftop decks. Using synthetic turf in roof deck applications allows you to enjoy the look, feel and function of natural grass without the weight of soil or the extensive maintenance required to keep natural grass looking good. You are also able to avoid the inevitable bugs and weeds that come with having soil and natural grass on your roof. This growing trend provides visual beauty to multi-level homes, high rise condominiums and balconies that want the "green look" and feel of natural grass.

Our Plant-Tray™ system, otherwise know as MODULAR live roof or green roof system, is an engineered system used in conjunction with our adjustable pedestals on top of roof decks, plaza decks and terraces and can integrate seamlessly with our elevated paver and wood deck tile products resulting in a stunning and versatile green rooftop deck.

Manufactured from 6061 aluminum in either anodized black or silver color, Tile Tech's edging is specifically designed to make straight runs and gentle curves bordering buildings, rooftops, and landscaped areas. Choose from 3 different height profiles; 4.5", 6.5" or 8.5" (custom sizes are also available). The horizontal bottom leg portion is notched for easy bending to fit any design profile!

In addition to various other complementary products, we also manufacture various sizes & profiles of reinforced pool copings, stair treads, and rises to match our Granite-Tech™ or Stamp-Tech™ colors. Pool deck areas particularly benefit, as the paver and the pool coping can be of the same finished material. Now the designer can maintain one continuous paving pattern, including edge pieces.
