The Weatherwall system combines the Strukturoc products to enhance the value of your exterior wall. The systems consist of AirGuard, insulation and your Strukturoc panel of choice. No longer will you deal with wide heavy insulated panels. The Weatherwall system is easily installed and will meet delivery and finish schedules on time. One Solution - One Supplier AirGuard™ is a liquid air and vapor barrier that may be rolled or sprayed on the exterior sheeting. Transition tape is also available. Rigid insulation per the architectural specification per project. 20 gauge rigid insulation trims are attached to the wall sheathing and act as both an insulation trim and hat channel for the panel to be attached. Strukturoc wall panels are 20 gauge panels. The textured panel is available in 24 standard colors and the embossed panel is available in 6 standard colors.

Field applied trowable texture finish. Fill the seam of the Strukturoc panel with caulk and apply the Texture Coat over the top. The seams will no longer be visible, yet the strength of steel is there for your protection.

Panels are installed nationally and all year-round due to the fact that all panels and accompanying trim are painted and cured in our state of the art manufacturing facility.
