FAKRO AMERICA, LLC > PRODUCT > High Pivot - thermoPro, Topsafe®

  • A pivot roof window with a raised axis of rotation above the center of the window creates more space to stand under when the window is open. The lower part of the sash acts as a top hung window while the upper part of the sash is an additional source of daylight. The sash is supported by an innovative supporting mechanism allowing the window to open anywhere from 0 to 45 degrees.

  • Satisfy requirements of the DIN 5034-1 standard*, when installed on a roof pitch between 39 and 43 degrees. The standard states that the bottom window edge must be situated 3 1/8' (95cm) above the floor level and the top situated at a minimum of 7 1/4' (220cm).

  • The window is operated with a handle located at the bottom of the sash. The handle is equipped with a two-level ajar function for ventilation.

  • Automatic air inlet V40P adjusts the air pressure in the room to compliment the air pressure outdoors for maximum performance and stability.

  • Equipped with energy efficient glazing U3.
