TEX-COTE® 400 Smooth Airless Coating is a high-build, efflorescence blocking, water base coating with elastomeric properties featuring rapid drying and superior adhesion. This styrene acrylic coating is recommended for use over concrete, cement plaster, block, brick, metal and other manufacturer approved surfaces. TEX-COTE®400 Smooth Airless has shown superior performance over highly alkaline surfaces, stopping efflorescence from migrating through the coating film. The result is a coating with excellent color retention and resistance to fade.
