A.
Metal Lockers: Conqueror Series as supplied by Longhorn Lockers.

2.
Material: Steel parts shall consist of Galvanealed steel body and stainless hardware.
a.
Finish: Metal shall be cleaned and prepared using a phosphate for finish adhesion. Metal components shall receive an electrostatically charged finish for maximum adhesion and wrap. Powder Coat finish.
3.
Material: Platinum option - Stainless steel metal components for body.
4.
Construction: The lockers shall be fully welded to form a one piece rigid structure. Welds are cleaned and buffed before finish is applied.
5.
Uni-Frame: The locker sides, shelves and top have a 16ga combined 1 inch (25 mm) dual turn in channel type frame system to give the unit strength and stability.
6.
Body: Shelves shall be constructed of 16ga galvanealed steel. Hat shelf shall have a built in coat hanger lip consisting of a 1 inch x1 inch (25 mm x 25 mm) channel valley for the coat hanger to hang from. Sides shall angle back from the top to the seat hinge beam for openness.
7.
Footlocker: Shall consist of 16ga Galvanealed steel. Size shall be locker depth and width and shall be no more than 16 inches (406 mm) high. Foot locker shall be ventilated thru means of perforations unless custom logo or lettering is punched in face. Adequate ventilation shall be achieved.
8.
Foot Locker Seat Lid: Shall consist of 16ga galvanealed steel and to be formed on all 4 sides with a 1 inch (25 mm) double turn back type frame for strength and stability. A 16ga stiffening channel shall be securely welded to the underside of the seat for strength and rigidity. Seat lid shall be attached to footlocker using a 16ga stainless steel piano type hinge. An 11ga strike lug shall protrude through top lip of footlocker face and into the stainless steel recessed handle.
9.
Equipment: Shall consist of 2 AIM Custom HD 11ga stainless back wall hooks, 2 HD 11ga Stainless side wall hooks, built in integrated shelf face coat rod channel.

Security Box: Shall consist of a 16ga, Galvanealed steel 12 inches x 12 inches (305 mm by 305 mm) lockable compartment for valuables. Door shall be securely attached to the lock box with a 16ga piano type hinge. A continuous strike shall be achieved by the door face over lapping the side of the box and the stainless strike protruding through the door face inside the stainless handle for use with padlock.

Waterfall Gear Rack: Shall consist of 1.5 inches (38 mm) round stainless steel tubing fully welded to form rack for drying shoulder pads in the upright position. V-Shaped Shoulder Pad Holder: Shall consist of 16ga galvanealed steel V-shaped. This holder is designed to hold pads in an upside down drying position. Pad holder shall be finished in like manner as locker.

Cleat Rack: Cleat rack shall consist of 3/16 inch (4.8 mm) flat iron strap formed for hanging shoes for drying. Rack shall be bolted to the back of footlocker compartment through drilled holes.

As fire station lockers are typically utilized by three shifts, we offer keyless mechanical and Digilock keypad locking mechanisms that allow the fireman in each shift to set their own security code. Coin Operated/Amusement Park Lockers:
** NOTE TO SPECIFIER ** Longhorn Locker coin locker represents the world's most uncompromising quality to be found in a coin operated locker. The most important part of any coin operated locker is the coin lock mechanism. One quality Longhorn Locker has achieved above all else is user friendliness. The locker shall be as simple and mistake proof as possible for the customer. This avoids having angry customers complaining to the manager. Another quality of the Longhorn Locker coin lock mechanism is its versatility. The Longhorn Locker coin lock mechanism adjusts easily to accept coins from dime size (.70 inch or 17.5mm) to 1-1/4 inches (32 mm). With some sizes including US quarters it can be set for as many as 6 coins. It can be adjusted to operate for the new US golden dollar coin, tokens and coins from different countries. The coin lock mechanism nearly never wears out from normal use.
A special model is available for free use, accepting coins for free use only and refunding the coin fee upon return of the key. They can also be set for key only operation. If the coin lock mechanism shall be removed from the cabinet, or contents of the locker shall be inspected or removed the control lock is unlocked and the door can be opened. This can be done whether the customer lock is locked or unlocked and allows the attendant access to the locker compartment without the customer key. A mistake proof coin loss prevention device makes the inserted coins stay in place till after the key has turned and has been withdrawn from the lock and thereby preventing the customer from losing the coin fee by unknowingly jiggling the key back to the unlocked position immediately after locking. Another device prevents the lock from locking unless the door is closed. Longhorn Locker cabinets are factory welded and constructed of zinc coated or stainless steel. The cabinets are made in individual columns and are connected together in any combination of equal height lockers with bolts provided with the lockers. The doors have continuous full height hinges and are Longhorn Locker's own unique design. They are nearly twist proof and indestructible and self-close against rubber bumpers. All fabricated cabinet and door parts are punched and bent with CNC computerized machinery. Delete if not required.
